    @tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

    @MaveEvans @TourofBritain Today working in Chester, and the customer was speaking to his brother in Iraq, perfect signal, yet @tescomobile cant get a signal from wirral to anywhere most of the time with out losing it.

    @tescomobile Liz, 3 Tesco Mobile staff chatted and assured me within some months that this job will be done. If Tesco Mobile stores chatting records then you can easily investigate your internal issues.I still hope I will get this SIM card activated until they will send me an official letter.

    @tescomobile hi is there a problem with mipay, trying to juice up my sons sim card for the first time and it wont allow me, tried 2 computers and 4444. Just want a rocket pack!

    @tescomobile I find it unbelievable that the Passport Office has been able to complete my name change faster and they're notoriously slow.

    @tescomobile I am currently using the live chat and have been told that they cannot find out the reason that my name change has been actioned. They have told me that they will send out a new form but I cannot see how this will solve the issue if I have already taken that step.
