    @tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

    @tescomobile I have a Samsung S20 and would like WiFi calling activated as I have no phone signal at home. The activation option does not exist on my phone. I believe Tesco have to activate it. Can someone get back to me. Thanks.

    @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

    I am fcukin furious with @tescomobile I put Β£10 on mobile 1st March, haven't made a phone call, or text or used internet and credit has evaporated. Noo credit today. No explanation from Tesco/Twitter or cust svs. I will now leave/find another provider and never shop in tesco agai
