    @tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

    @MartinSLewis An idea fora new show. Best and worst customer services; Best M&S and Fenwicks. Worst @DPD- itโ€™s impossible to speak to a person so no resolution and @tescomobile misinformed and ignored even by the CEO team. Complaints made take 28 days not even a ref given

    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.

    @tescomobile re account 808724.I am extremely disappointed in Tescomobile response to the local mast outage which keeps happening for long periods preventing my household working from home. The recent outage started 24th April and persists to this day, so 4 days so far. The last outage from 28th March (maybe earlier) to 2nd April was also unacceptable. In fairness the last outage was refunded (a month) but the reaction from Tesco this time has been limp. Firstly Tesco should exert ultimate pressure on O2 to permanently fix this mast, in the 21st century having 4 day+ outages is not admissible. Secondly the agent reply to me to โ€˜let Tesco knowโ€™ when service is resumed is risible. Tesco should be all over this at least refunding my month payment if not more. I have another contract with Giff Gaff who use O2 and on hearing the service was down immediately refunded meโ€ฆ.this is customer service and excellent customer recovery. Everytime I need the internet or need to phone I have to get in my car and drive 2 miles to keep contact with the outside world (we have no landline).Of course I canโ€™t receive calls as well. This is expensive and extremely inconvenient as well as restricting my income.. I would like to hear Tesco response to this ongoing issue and I think you will agree this is not acceptable. I am out of contractโ€ฆ..convince me I should remain with Tescomobile.

    @tescomobile How on God's green earth am I supposed to reset my password to log in to pay my bill when it requires a 2SV via SMS when YOU'VE CUT OFF MY SERVICES. Complete joke of a service anyway.
