    @tescomobile erm can you advise? I’ve not been able to receive calls on my phone for several weeks, though I can make them. Today I called my voicemail and it’s telling me that “as a new customer” I have to set my voicemail pin - I’ve been using you for years!

    @tescomobile Well i was told at purchase point i could!!! Wont be in, down to you, will pi cl it up at wishaw tesco, i hope gye ineptness doesnt continue or will be a short contract, advise when will be ready to collect, and advise dpd not to leave with neighbour

    @PadWhisky @EE It is awful. The fact they have to increase it beyond the inflation amount seems wrong. Will be gone as soon as possible, most likely moving to @tescomobile

    @tescomobile I can just check the status of the problem there.Can you confirm if the problem is not fixed for such a long time and was reported by me over and over again is that breach of contract from tesco side as im really fed up and would like to end my contract earlier without extra fees

    @O2 @tescomobile hello, thank you for fixing the phone masts in my home area after I reported to you on the lower than expected signal strength, had a message today confirming that it was fixed. Now I almost get full signal.

    @tescomobile, what a pathetic service/network you have. Last 4/5 days I have had no data, no voice calls, and no text messages. I did a big mistake joining you and leaving @ThreeUK . I cannot use my phone for any OTP purpose.

    @tescomobile so today is day 5 of no sim, had little sleep due to stress of not being able to work as my clients not being able contact me. After another day of lost earnings I eventually get part service back. I can make and receive calls, sms and have data.
