    @tescomobile @keithy1988 Its not hardware. Have family on tesco mobile, all dire for signal and speed. All worked fine on Vodafone. All poor since moving across. Never network or provider fault.

    @tescomobile can somebody explain to me why I am being charge £150 for switching my phone on at Doha airport and then immediately putting it on flight mode. how can that warrant a £150 charge?? Your telephone customer service are advising then charge stands. Absolutely appalling

    Hello @tescomobile if an iPhone was taken out by yourselves in May 2021. Is that phone unlocked for any network or can it be unlocked to be used on another network? Ta.
