    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust Try going 4 days and counting in the CF38 2QA area. O2 mast down, and Tesco mobile users have no network. The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday 22nd March as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

    Hi @tescomobile I d love to know why you have take £743 from our account for a phone YOU send us in error and we returned 6 weeks ago? Your customer service admitted they messed up, have got the phone and promised this was resolved. We cant afford it @MoneySavingExp can you help?

    Gotta say the phone signal and 4G signal for @tescomobile in Wigan is shocking, you can hardly get a final anywhere in the town centre. Once my contract is up I’ll be changing over I think because it’s not just there I’ve had this problem.

    @tescomobile I’m having terrible issues at the moment with your network which have been ongoing for almost 7 months now, I’ve been calling up and had the phone cut off on me multiple times😡 however you are still happy to charge me £50 per month

    @tescomobile I'm in Austria and since yesterday I haven't been able to make calls to either UK or Austrian numbers. Customer care didnt know why. My contract includes Home from Home. Please help! Working with kids on ski slopes, I need calls!!

    @tescomobile purchased your iphone 13 club card deal in Nov 22, paid in full. Received a bill last month for over £200, numerous attempts to resolve in chat advised to cancel dd via chat as it's a known error, have today received threatening letter. Ombudsman will be notified.

    @tescomobile So Tesco Mobile. Your service has been down in the CF38 2QA area since last Thursday. No updates and O2 has said it may be back by Weds 25th. Disgusting outcome. Your naff Indian call centre has been useless, and what are we the ones without WiFi calling going to do?

    I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent and useless customer service than the @tescomobile service. I’ve had half a dozen issues in the last 3 weeks and none have been resolved. Had to get 2 new SIM cards and even changed my number to resolve network issues #useless #tescomobile
