@tescomobile placed order on Monday (17491426). Paid upfront in redeemed clubcard vouchers. No delivery and now being told by sales, call and web chat teams that order is stuck and can't help. TM have already invoiced clubcard. I now have to sort apparently!!

@tescomobileire My upgrade phone died this week, no longer charges went to nearest tescomobile store and no staff wtf, its costing me work, I will not my bill until I receive support. webchat useless as well. I am disabled and will go public about the lack of service and care

@tescomobile Don't now of anyone else having issues. Tired the sim in my pixel 6 but it didn't work at all. Putting it back in the iphone it says no service before I turn mobile data off.

@tescomobile Tried Sim in 6s. That only gets 3g from you. Three sim in SE gets 4g. Number associated to sim however was previously on a phone that never used data. Another android phone (haven't swapped sim) with you has 4g

@tescomobile And now the current issue: The process appears to have only half worked: my Vodafone SIM did stop working (on Friday at roughly 13:00), but my old number has still not appeared on my new phone.
