    @tescomobile I am absolutely shocked by your service! I took out a contract with you before Christmas but cancelled it within the 14 days and was told that someone would be in touch to arrange collection of the phone.I heard nothing! You have now taken £441 out of my bank account

    @tescomobile Please define your understanding of Customer Care? If it’s providing false information and not resounding when you say you will then you have it spot on. Will be cancelling my contracts ASAP

    Apparently I've waited a week for my @tescomobile phone because @DPDgroup_news hasn't picked it up?? Anyone else having issues? Do I cancel and order elsewhere or can I collect?
