@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

@tescomobile And then being told by a Tesco Mobile manager that my complaint would not be investigated because I had been lied to face to face and not over the phone. Tesco Mobile’s slogan should be “Very Little Helps”!

@tescomobile Several attempts?? It was once with a follow up email asking either to give time and dates of availability (which I did) to no follow up or another asking if email was easiest to reach me (again I did an no feedback) 4 weeks of terrible service an still waiting

@tescomobile I’ve done all this. Online it says our service is fine. Twice used online chat each time they said problem in area that will be fixed soon.
