@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

@tescomobile A catalogue of errors on your behalf which has left me (currently) being switched to a PAYG contract.... I could document all the errors here but don't think you'd appreciate the negative publicity. And, to mention, none of this is my fault and have complied 100% with your terms.

@tescomobile have tried numerous times to register and it won't allow me to register (tried on laptop and mobile). Can somebody help pls? Keep getting error message saying registration cannot be finished (always when I try to skip the club card section)

@tescomobile Just to be clear, this was a queue of 3 people (them and me) for mobile phone help, not the till check-out. The couple wanted to buy a new mobile phone and take out a year's contract with you. They left empty handed. I helped them later. You lost 3 customers that day.

Can someone at @tescomobile help with a logging in issue. I sit on the phone to customer service to get cut off 3 times in a row and web chat is not working. I just want to log into my app with my newly ported number.

@tescomobile I've spent an hour this morning trying to sort out your issue with customer services, but the solution offered is far from ideal and requires further, unnecessary work on my behalf to resolve. Not happy and feeling concerned by what has happened / is happening.

@tescomobile And yet the cost of an out of contract data bundle is £6 for one gigabyte, I will be making a complaint, through the media, and also the ombudsman as this is just wrong. It was a rare occurrence that happened only once but clearly @tescomobile have no compassion or morality.
