@tescomobile Well I had to cancel my iPhone 13 order but I don't know if that cancels the contract for that phone

@SirianSto @tescomobile They outsourced their customer services to Capita. That's the problem. I've been with Tesco for years and it used to be so much better. time to move on now as the level of service is going down the pan.

@tescomobile partner just received new iPhone 11. She’s noticed that she’s only ordered 1Gb of data, meant to order 3Gb. Webchat have advised to cancel contract (as within 14 days) and re-order again. Seems a lot of hassle, why can’t original contract simply be amended?

Rang @O2 to enquirer about upgrade options only to be me by an incredibly rude customer service agent who had absolutely no interest in helping or talking to me when I asked if they could get close to a @tescomobile deal. Looks like it’s time to leave after 10 years of loyalty

@tescomobile Been waiting for 35 minutes now to speak to your Upgrade team. No better than your Customer Services line. Absolute disgrace.

@TruthTalkingMav @tescomobile @Ofcom At least if your signal goes at 8pm on a Thursday you don't have to put yourself through watching 'the Wigan club'...
