    @tescomobile yet again the service is out in S8. I have sat waiting for a ridiculously important phone call (from DWP) for the last hour. This is appalling. I'm so beyond fed up.

    @tescomobile Hi, I topped up earlier this morning and had the notification saying it's gone through and the app says it has, but I've just had a message saying there's a problem with my rocket pack. I'm confused. Is it a known issue?

    @tescomobile Why are you adding charges to my bill for mobile data when it's continually off and I'm logged into my home WiFi!? Only happened since changed my contract last month, previous 5 years never happened before

    @tescomobile No signal since Monday, given lies that it's antennas, server changes, when one of you call centre people knackered it whilst I was on the phone to them, but no one wants to admit it, so am just fobbed off.

    @tescomobile . allowance has renewed for the next month and after many promises from Customer Care that they would change my safety buffer “manually” it still is unchanged and still doesn’t change on the website and the App. Getting bored now .

    @tescomobile Hi, how long does a temporary number last until I will have my old number transferred to my SIM? I was told today to put the new SIM into my phone once my old SIM said ‘no service’ so that’s what I did, but my temporary number is still on this SIM?

    @tescomobile I am again complaining about a problem all your customers living in the SA3 are having with your O2 network mask ! Our mobile calls are cutting out with each call for about 10 secs and this has been an ongoing problem since December! O2 are aware of this!
