@tescomobile But this was an offer emailed to me about my contract upgrade. If my contract had already ended/renewed I accept I would be out of time but it is due to change in a weeks time. If I wait another week does the offer come back again?What a terrible way to treat customers.

@tescomobile I'm aware that there can be no guarantee of a fault free service. But tesco and I signed a contract. I pay for a service and tesco provide a phone service. I've paid my bill but tesco aren't keeping there side of the contract we signed. Are they?

@tescomobile @SamsungMobile I've got A21s galaxy but over last few weeks its freezing, closing down on its own, only showing notifications hours after they've been put on. Its not even 12 month old yet. What is wrong with it.

@tescomobile Less impressed with phone call though, whose opening gambit was "this doesn't exist anymore", and implied the online support people don't always get things right. They then made a big deal out of having to check eligibility for each number on my account.
