@tescomobile why don’t you do WiFi calling. Everyone else does. My signal at home is awful and it would come in so handy.

@tescomobileire I have tried to move number twice on the app and still no response & now paying for x2 mobile phone accounts! Moved to #tescomobile as thought it would be better than @ThreeIreland but basically all telecoms companies offer the same awful level of customer service

@tescomobile when will signal issues be resolved? Your online checker confirms a problem with a mast in the area but no indication of how long it will take to resolve. A bit of communication with your customers to keep them informed goes a long way!!

@tescomobile I spoke to the online help earlier today, there was an issue moving the number due to being old contract to new contract and a new sim is on its way, I never even lost signal on my original sim

@tescomobile Thank you I’d already read all that before we called. Your team told me the they couldn’t change it either and yet when I asked the question if that’s the fixed period for EVERY Tesco Mobile customer I was told no. So I don’t understand why you cannot change it for him?
