@tescomobile why don’t you do WiFi calling. Everyone else does. My signal at home is awful and it would come in so handy.

Really, really regretting leaving @O2 and moving to @tescomobile . Tesco service has been absolutely shocking. I've been waiting for them to port my number since 6th Dec. Multiple online chats, conversations with staff in-store, DMs on here and zero progress.

  • offley78 Pete Offley (@offley78) reported

@tescomobile when are you going to provide a service for smart watch’s so they can be use on 4g without a phone. To use my watches I need to have my phone with me. Get with the times.

  • kimnicoleprice Kim Price (@kimnicoleprice) reported

@tescomobile found a phone on your network. Can see the number. Rung your customer service and been told there is nothing you can do to message the owner and tell them I have their phone. Is that really right? Surely you can do something to help reunite phone and owner.

Hi @tescomobile how can I get a new nano SIM card?! The 'contact us' link on the website to direct you to ordering a new SIM doesn't work...

  • cymraesydwi Cymraesydwi 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇺🇦 💜🤍💚 (@cymraesydwi) reported

@robyn_goch @O2 @tescomobile Honestly the complete lack of customer service has really shocked me. They've offered me a month's free line rental.... On a phone I can't use you mean!? Helpful!! Dire, dire service with no end in sight!

  • alicegl16 alice (@alicegl16) reported

@tescomobile - almost every other day at the moment, I have full signal with 4G, but my WhatsApp doesn't work, Instagram doesn't work, I can't load anything at all on Google or safari and anything I need to load, like banking ect, won't load!

  • lazyoldbones nickrday (@lazyoldbones) reported

@tescomobile @02 absolutely shocking service,my wife took out a new business contract with you on 6.12.22.Her old number was ported over via pac and its still not working.Losing business.

  • flickhan Flick (@flickhan) reported

@tescomobile The issue is that your service now is rubbish

  • neilslater36 Neil Slater (@neilslater36) reported

@flickhan @tescomobile Same here, was fine but not anymore, if I get a mobile data signal anywhere within a 3 mile radius of my house the speed tops out at just over 1mbps. That's NOT 4g
