@tescomobile why don’t you do WiFi calling. Everyone else does. My signal at home is awful and it would come in so handy.

@tescomobile Last time(few weeks ago) I got a new sim to fix a similar issue and the store colleague told me I'd have no signal for 24 hours and tbh this was the case

  • michelajh Michela Holroyd (@michelajh) reported

@tescomobile Thanks Callum, Your staff has been great, I was hoping since @o2 owned the mast they may help, as it’s been 3 days now

  • nikkinix99 Nikki Blackadder (@nikkinix99) reported

@tescomobile is it policy when enquiring about a new handset to offer a customer a cancellation fee? #confused #whathappenedtocustomerservice

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

Couple of tweets I’ve sent asking for help haven’t been answered. Disappointed. Hoping this @tescomobile SIM card works in my mums phone @ee

  • CloDevlinxxx Chloe 💕 (@CloDevlinxxx) reported

@tescomobile are you able to help? For the last two weeks I keep getting nuisance calls from 020 numbers daily.

  • joshduncan420 Josh Duncan (@joshduncan420) reported

@tescomobile What time is number available from I tried to ring a few times and never got through

  • sarahyhirons Sarah (@sarahyhirons) reported

@tescomobile and another day of paying for a service I don't get...getting bored of turning phone off to get a text...all a bit strange since the sim card change...what can be done to sort this? Have you blocked my network?

  • PaulAnnett Paul Annett 🇪🇺 (@PaulAnnett) reported

Is it possible that after switching from @O2 to @tescomobile for a better deal, I’ve got worse signal coverage? They run on the same network but I’m getting “zero bars” in my house more than I ever did on o2, which was typically one or two bars.

  • nikkinix99 Nikki Blackadder (@nikkinix99) reported

@tescomobile My son broke his handset so I wanted to understand my options but both in store and just now “customer services” first option was a cancellation fee. Surely, the first option would be a new handset?
