@mrsverypicky @tescomobile Our signal may be poor here but their customer service has always been brilliant. Prices due to go up next month but our Sim only is currently £12 a month for both of us, we can't grumble, plus points too.

The saga continues @tescomobile . 11th day since you said you would transfer my number. Still hasn’t happened, still not receiving any calls or messages. No-one can tell me when or even if you will solve this. Unbelievably poor customer experience.

@tescomobile My phone signal is awful! I cannot make phone calls without the other person not hearing me or it breaking up. The coverage checker says the signal is fine in my area but it’s not , even indoors with wifi I can’t make a phone call. Seriously considering changing

@tescomobile Customer service award, that's a laugh, forty days now since you "lost" my number ... Not one call or one person taking responsibility.... Pathetic..

Bought new Z Flip4 which malfunctioned (not flipping impacting screen) from @tescomobile. Greedy Tesco demanding £450 to fix it, saying @SamsungUK don’t cover manufacturers fault. How is this even possible when your product stopped working as it should? You only are about money?

@tescomobile The link showed a issue historically and yeah switched it off and on again.
