If I enter into a new 24m SIM only contract @tescomobile can you remove the included EU roaming during that contract period whilst still hold me to the contract term? Simple question your online help are completely unable to answer.

@tescomobile good Lord Tesco mobile, been trying all night to sign up for a sim card contract but you " seem to be having a technical problem" one more try in the morning, if no go, I'll try somewhere else.

I've been on contract with tescomobile for years, took over my parents accounts and paying them with no issues, yet I try and move to iD and I can't, nor can I get in contact with iD because I'm not a customer, make that make sense?

@tescomobile 1) Contacted you with a billing query and the agent talked over the top of me, gave me inaccurate information and answered a question I did not ask. I left one of your major competitors after 20 years because of a decline in their customer service.
