  @tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too

  @tescomobile As I suspected didnt have this issue with my old Andriod and as its my only source of Internet I'm begging to think I have a problem I have also contact @AppleSupport who have confirmed my suspicions so stuck with a phone I can't upgrade 😡😡😡😡

  @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back,too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.

  @EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I don’t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about £10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

  @tescomobile have a Dept called, Additional Support Team (a bit like the SAS I imagine) They have done NOTHING to resolve a simple? issue. I am fuming here (because I've got eye hospital appts etc coming up and the contact me by text)

  @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks
