@ess_emm_aitch @tescomobile Weirdly, I'm not even angry or upset about it... Just amazed at the lack of understanding of the words "coma" & "days to live"... I can only assume the call is scripted and this threw the customer services *** completely off track! I've just told her to cancel the Direct Debit.

@Jennife14435458 @tescomobile Oh the old grey stuff works sometimes Jenn, just sometimes Plus 'procedures' noted 'over the shoulder' of 'genius' hubby help sometimes too It's a cobble, reverting back to known 4G connection but it's working, for now.
