    @Peakhillfarm @tescomobile Iv mot had a signal for a yr or so intermittent internet its fake ots not 3g @eir has an amazing offer on atm and are amazing in customer care the info this shower ask for is illegal iv done my research they steal your info and sell it on

    @tescomobile why do you use DPD who are the most useless delivery service? I've been paying for a new phone for a week now and still don't have it!! I've taken 2 days off work, noone came. Made arrangements for someone to be in or asked for it to be delivered to my neighbour 1/2

    . @tescomobile appalling service, waited 9 days for my number migration onto a blank sim as replacement tesco sim never arrived & still no number available. Fobbed off every day with it will be done in 24 hours, senior management constantly escalating but getting nowhere!!

    @Fazpat23 @tescomobile It a fake company they have clue no training no idea ,comreg is the only way to get them to do anything, im waiting over a yr for help, not fit for purpose, 3g at its best fake RIPOFFTESCO

    @tescomobile i haven't been able to use my phone unless I am near wifi for 2 weeks. Was told there is an issue with local mast (son on same network no issues) was then told I have to ring you when my phone works properly again to have an account credit 🤔🤔

    @Peakhillfarm @tescomobile Iv to get into my wheelchair to go sit outside to get a signal and they laughed at me so they won't care about your sick Mother sorry to say ,comreg to complain they are not fit for purpose redress is the only way

    @LeilaHenry1 @tescomobile @CeriVW Hi Leila. I had my TM service stop from 15 Oct. I've had to cancel my contract and move to another provider. Yours is the second ref I've seen to customers being disconnected. Any more info will be really useful. Thanks.

    @SCherrie84 @tescomobile I lost all TM coverage from 15th Oct. TM sited problems with my local mast (ongoing) but I had no service anywhere (where masts weren't faulty). I've had to leave TM and have only been offered compensation of much less than I've been charged for their (non working) service.
