@tescomobile we haven’t had any service since last Sunday due to an o2 mast problem , this is the 2nd or 3rd time this year , we were promised a discount on our (my partner and I’s) bill but that never happened . I think it’s appalling, we can’t send or receive calls since Sat.

@tescomobile That just tells me that there IS a problem with the mast. It doesn't tell me about the progress made or when it is expected to be fixed or of there will be any compensation. This started on Tuesday and is not the first time in recent months. It happens too often!
