    @tescomobile I've done the status thing and they have said possibly another few days which I find poor really. Down in Perth today and no problem there. One pays for a service and if its off for perhaps 5 days or maybe more it's just not good enough

    @tescomobile outage got to be 28 hours Birkenhead , parts Liverpool what’s going on I PM’d yous TODAY some 20 hrs later and your staff got to know about it from me!!!! They sorry to hear of the outage ?It’s massive area fgs I travelled miles to help my mother not knowing problem

    @tescomobile I have a tesco contract i want to continue. however i want to transfer my phone number to a different company. i am being told this would automatically cancel my contract. why cant i port number over and attach a new number to my current contract?

    Terrible customer service from @tescomobile. I lost my phone and sim card on 17th of November and asked for proof of barring and sim replacement which was supposed to arrive with in 3-5 working days. It is now 8th of December I still haven’t got my sim replacement.

    @tescomobile we switched to you on Sunday thinking we would get a better service! We were very wrong! My husband and I are without phones and can’t be called or make calls. Online chats have been as much use as a chocolate kettle!

    @tescomobile You told me you as Tesco mobile haven’t got the facilities to contact a local area newspaper about any problems and I’ve just spoken to people in that community who have had no communications for two days about this and they said it would of been ideal to hear from other sources

    @tescomobile PH8 0DJ I think there is a problem with the master where the signal comes from but it only appears to be the 02 service that's down
