    Why are mobile phone companies allowed to put time limits on PAYG top-ups. I topped up my son’s phone on @tescomobile on Thursday with £5 for emergency calls as he had a school trip. But it’s only valid until 16/7/22. I’ve bought that credit, so why can’t he keep it? 1/..

    @Tesco Apparently you can’t help me And I need @tescomobile who I tweeted in my original post. they’re the ones that promised my 14 year old son a £80 refund but wont actually issue it!

    @tescomobile I am a customer of yours for a few years now, and I am really disappointed that tesco decided to introduce roaming charges, tesco could have at least send a email or a message to warn customers, so the option now is stick with my tariff or o2 😔

    @Pig_Maiden @tescomobile Have to unblock. You know me kerry no one at any point every told me that and result is I have been paying for data for 18 months now our 2 could not use. Gut in tesco irvine sorted the issue in 15 mins guys on phone had no clue I am looking around for new provider all 4 phones

    @tescomobile I am very disappointed that Tesco has decided to go along with the other money grabbing mobile airtime providers. . except O2.. which puzzles me as you use their mobile network... profiteering ?? Anyway, tesco will be losing 6 contracts before the end of the year.

    @tescomobile customer support network is a farce. Two months of trying to resolve a problem; have resorted to lodging a formal complaint online (under the heading ‘please ask your question here’)…it’s not a question Tesco! Automation and bots = very unhappy customers! Unreal!

Some of them have no clue 4 phones I have on my account the wee ones 2 have been unable to use data cause tesco say they automatically block all sim cards and you
