@tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

@tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

@tescomobile Thank you but doesn’t really answer my question and it’s quite concerning being at work, knowing you phone is not working and elderly relatives might need your assistance and in distress and why is it some phones are working and some aren’t, even on the same mast?

@tescomobile Hi I'm still unable to make or receive calls .My wife and daughter both use Tesco mobile and have no issue , so why I'm I been told a mast must be down? Not good enough!!
