@tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

@tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

@tescomobile waited in all day for delivery that never turned up!! 🤬 tried contacting dpd who supposed to be delivering the item, customer service absolutely shocking!! Got nowhere, still have no idea when it's going to be delivered!! 🤬😫😤

@tescomobile Hi i am wondering the account holder has passed away and we want to change the account holders name and cancel their pay monthly contract but keep the other pay monthly contract that is someone elses what is the best way to do this?
