@tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

@tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

@tescomobile upgraded. Tried to change my old number on to new sim. Old number hasn’t come through onto new sim after 3 days and the old sim has not signal. Need the phone for work!!
