  @tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

  @tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

  @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests

  @tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
