1/2 @tescomobile I’ve researched a lot before choosing you from my regular provider. However after waiting 40 minutes to be seen, had 1 customer push in front of me just because he was a @Tesco employee then finally see an adviser....

@tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.

Disappointed to have my complaint rejected by @OmbudServices as apparently I haven't tried hard enough to contact @tescomobile... hard when they won't even answer my letters. Another four weeks wasted there...👏👏👏

@tescomobile Please can you stop scaring the bejesus out of me with Emergency Alerr tests? I don't mind then generally, in fact I normally enjoy then, but 3 in a day is a bit excessive.
