  @tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

  @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

  @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.

  @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.
