    @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

    @tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

    @TeachWellLtd @tescomobile Same as my 12 year old daughters which caused her to go 'missing' for an hour... She wasn't aware there was a change to school pick up.... Absolutely furious! Been told on twitter dm no issues! Thinking of switching!

    @tescomobile I contacted Tesco Customer Care & just got the usual "brush-off' response - "we're working on a mast near you; no, we don't know when the work will be finished"; then when I checked, you weren't working on any local masts. Pathetic!

    @tescomobile To be honest the service in the ayr store is top class would never go anywhere else it's that good got my phone and the wife and kids phone contracts there the staff is a credit to Tesco's 👏👏

    @tescomobile I needed to reset my apps to their factory settings to resolve problems with my settings. An unfortunate side effect of doing this was wiping out my PAYG balance which is more than annoying so can you possibly restore my balance.

    @tescomobile not happy with any customer service I have received from you guys at all! It’s disgusting! Taking money out of my bank account without a direct debit set up leaving me with no money for the next 2 weeks! And only offering to defer the next bill!

    @tescomobile There are no pop ups other than the chat box, I get asked a couple of questions name, contract type etc, the pit onto customer service where nothing happens other than saying we are busy, it’s not really live chat
