@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile Don’t have a 5G phone. Been with Tesco for a decade now. Never had a problem until recently. Paying fir a service I’m not getting. 5 in my house all on Tesco.

@tescomobile Hi I didn't receive any notification from yourself or O2 about the outage and I searched about problems and one of the steps was to reset it to factory settings and it wasn't until later in the night that I saw the news report about the outage and that when my phone was working

Jay-sues @tescomobile Who knew trying to cancel a contract with you was going to be so hard. I have a pay monthly that I've barely used I tried to call to cancel. You sent me back to your website chat and then it cut me off. What the hell?!! Let me just cancel it
