@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

I have been told over and over that someone will call me from your fraud team in the next 5 days but no one ever does. Today I went in store - they couldn’t help but confirmed @tescomobile hasn’t even suspended accounts. They are still running freely.

@tescomobile Been waiting days some people months to get our local O2 mast repaired. The mast is situated on the Anglian Water water tower Bixley Drive Rushmere St Andrew Ipswich. We have contacted representatives to sort this problem out but to no avail.

@tescomobile Have checked and says no known issues but still no service. Have turned phone on and off and also cleaned SIM card but nothing.

@tescomobile Have also tried sim in another iPhone and same message (No Service) so suggests it is either the sim or the service, not the phone that is the issue.
