I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

paul (@Pault_46) reported@tescomobile Unfortunately tesco mobile has dropped its standards can't get WiFi calling, signal drops a fair bit now, been phoning people for ages and even tho its ringing at my side they don't get the calls happened about 3 times this week with 3 different people. Time to change I think.

Bought phone direct from Apple for £32/month plus £8 Giffgaff Sim Saving £360 over 2yrs
