Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasnβt turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I canβt use my phone at all. picklemonsterg (@picklemonsterG) reported@tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please donβt use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!
