    I’ve had my mob number for over 13 years. @bt_uk confirmed with bills, PAC code. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.

    @tescomobile why do you not support number sharing for Apple Watches? I’m going to have to move to another provider who supports this who’s is a pain.

    @tescomobile I have a Samsung S20 and would like WiFi calling activated as I have no phone signal at home. The activation option does not exist on my phone. I believe Tesco have to activate it. Can someone get back to me. Thanks.

    @tescomobile My mother of 79 is without service on her PAYG Tesco mobile. She needs for NHS appointment texts. Have tried every way to get assistance (in store & customer service) but are constantly stopped by ridiculous security measures that need a functioning phone. Help!!

    @tescomobile I have done it a few times before. Got no help. Wanted me to fill in some forms. Same idiotic response with cust svs on phone.. No help at all. My credit is evaporating with no explanation. Looking for another provider now.

    @tescomobile Well the above statement was incorrect.. 11 days later still no phone call back.. disgusting service. AVOID TESCO MOBILE at all costs!!!
