    @tescomobile sorry Tesco mobile you have lost a customer because we waited over a week and yesterday your SIM card arrived but sorry you were to late because she ordered a sim from a different network and it arrived in 2 days do you want that pay as you go SIM back.

    @tescomobile Hi, trying to sort out my elderly dad's mobile as he keeps getting messages saying he's run out of credit.. Phone advisor couldn't be less bothered and says he's on monthly contract and nothing he can do. Can you help at all???

    @tescomobile changed my number with you already due to receiving a number of scam calls, and it’s starting again. It’s clearly a Tesco mobile issue as other Tesco mobile users are reporting the same problems.

    @tescomobile hi, I am trying to reset my password on my account but I dont know my security question answer, i passed security over the phone by giving my last bill info and DOB, they said they have sent a reset email but ive still not had it, can you help please?
