@tescomobile customer service is appalling, @DPDgroup_news handset collection allegedly not returned despite collection return reference proof and tesco accuse customer of theft & disconnect phone, disgraceful customer service. No regard for customer safety. Avoid at all costs

@RainTown @tescomobile They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

@tescomobile Not when a phone mast is down for days and you have no backup for your customers. Nor is there an announcement to let customers know of the issue, I had to find out myself. I've not been able to receive or send calls/texts or use my data for 4 days now.

@tescomobile Still no fix :-( I’m just being asked to wait 24 hours by one person over email, 5 days by another over twitter, and still no firm update as to what has gone wrong and how/when it’s actually going to be resolved.
