Hi, will you be getting the iPhone 14 Pro Max in a 256gb or above configuration at point in the future? Currently it’s 128gb only and that version is broken by not being able to record 4k pro-res video! @tescomobile

@tescomobile seriously not impressed got an email stating my new phone that cant be in stores. Has been dispatched. Dpd don't recognise Ref? spoke to honestly the most arrogant person I have ever met in customer services stating we know its a problem #Rude #Badservice

@tescomobile So I’ve tried in a different phone and no different.. I’ve also spoken with friends and colleagues on tesco 02 and it seems the network is just bad.. looks like I’ll be going back to EE .. I had almost full 5G coverage and never a problem. To be using a phone now on 3G is poor.
