    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @salliejane9 @Ohholycow @tescomobile Not sure if you meant myself or the other tweet but for me, yes and no. They never amended anything during the dates from my problem to recently when my bill was due. It simply reset back to zero gb and I was not bombarded by tesco for ‘excessive use’.

    @tescomobile I’m having some issues 1) with my bill - please could you tell me where to find your t&c’s for contract cancellation 2) do you cancel contracts (and charge) without communicating this? Thanks

    So @tescomobile is still down, this is day 2 now with no signal at all, 02 are aware of the problem but bloody hell they're slow in fixing it

    Trying to sign up to @tescomobile. Won't accept an initial payment by Tesco Clubcard Pay+ despite me authorising it in the Tesco Bank mobile app. Can't validate the bank account I've held for decades. Can't give me help as the live chatters signed off early. #verylittlehelp

    @tescomobile Do you bother to read? My complaint is that according to your TESCO customer help line you have reduced the number of times a phone rings to TWICE (2). WHY?

    @tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too

    @tescomobile what an absolutely shocking customer service...3 weeks and my husband can still not use his business phone meaning we are losing money day by day! And you won't let us leave either or give us a timescale...
