@tescomobile no service since Wednesday last week. Was told it would be back Saturday PM. Still no service and just been told it won’t be back until Thursday PM and “nothing I can do about it, ring back Friday” Great. Impact banking and business. Very poor service 😡😡😡 CA124AT

@tescomobile I’ve been with your network since the end of July and it’s been like it pretty much since I joined. It happens everywhere when I’ve not got full 4G signal. If I’ve got 3G I might as well switch my phone off 🙄

I'm not impressed @tescomobile with the 'unwillingness' of staff to put me onto a manager. I've offered my phone to police 'voluntarily' to help with an enquiry and unfortunately... they have not as yet given me this back. So, I'm left with my pay as you go phone.
