    @tescomobile You should be sorry. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever received from a phone company. Doing anything you can to avoid giving me my upgrade. Evasive, incompetent and money grubbing. Shame on you

    @tescomobile Simply stopped replying now after being told "the system blah blah". Nobody @tescomobile wants to take repsonsibility or even help. Useless.

    @tescomobile @PaulLam23454655 Do you still piggyback on 02's masts, that might explain the crappy signal, their coverage is awful and it's never their fault either, it's usually that your walls are too thick or something lame like that, not that the masts are outdated and the signal weak.

    On hold with @tescomobile apparently there are so many departments within @tescomobile they can't see my order just been dropped back to the ridiculous automated line by your CS operator & my calls been dropped - cancelling my order for a new phone-you've lost a loyal customer

    @tescomobile Another truly appalling day of wasted time with @tescomobile useless customer service. Contantly passed onto another useless service rep who "can't do anything". Next to useless.

    @Crypto_Duff @tescomobile Absolutely right! I’m that colleague and it’s horrendous! To top it off they have the audacity to ask if I want an extra 500MB of data for £2.50! @tescomobile are a rip off and terrible network. The worst of them all.
