@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On a pot I’ve note @tescomobile were incredible when I had to sort my late aunts estate. Everything was cancelled then and there and nothing was too much trouble. I have since moved to their network because of the service I received in store by actual humans…

@tescomobile @OmbudServices I raised my complaint with the @OmbudServices It is dishonest to advertise good coverage when nothing could be further than the truth

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I've been with Vodafone for years but always thought their customer service is extremely poor. This demonstrates just poor. My contract is due up in November. I'll probably go with @tescomobile

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had an awful time with Vodafone. Moved to @tescomobile & never looked back. Any issues, you can always just go into the store to resolve. Sorry to hear your experience, but I am not one bit surprised.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So very to read all this How distressing & unnecessary! No one should be put in this position after a bereavement! When my dear Mum passed away she had a little phone with @tescomobile & I can't praise their customer service enough sorted within 15 mins & a lovely email received.

Hey @tescomobile, how can I get some help?

  • LloydBrock9 Brockstar (@LloydBrock9) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I had a mobile contract with you once. You are by far THE worst company for customer service. You shouldn’t even be in business. I’d recommend any one of your victims switch to @tescomobile like I did. Vodafone, joke of a company.

@tescomobile I can assure you it is a genuine error, especially after about 10 attempts and the sales team also tried and were unable to process!! No there was no ID as once the message appeared the order disappeared. I note from twitter I'm not the first to have this issue

  • JonnyBWoode JonnyBWoode (@JonnyBWoode) reported

@tescomobile So just to double check, the RSC texting IS something that I should be able to do on your network?
