@eir I just had my €1 bill increase and read about the proposed yearly increases. The service and general practices of eir are awful and charging more for that is delusional. I've just ordered a @tescomobile plan and am looking forward to cancelling my eir account in a few days.

@tescomobile I tried to help her forward it but she couldn’t work it out and she was a bit stressed about it all. I googled the number and there was reports of this number trying to scam people by pretending to be a daughter or son needing a bill paid.

@tescomobile This is nonsense! Even the pubs offer their landlines for use as there is never a signal. Next time i go i will screenshot your status checker when i leave home and then screenshot my phone when i am in southwick & it will prove that your status checker and reality are different.

Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌
