Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)

Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?

Alison Turner (@charliebarley) reported@tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

Sean (@SeanSav31) reported@tescomobile Totally get it rolls over but to leave it for 7 years is a joke… he did upgrade but whoever did it never upgraded that contract. They put him on a new one hence he was never aware this one was still active. Pretty sure he’s been misled. What’s the email for a complaint?
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

Lin Holden #AskForADoctor #JoinAUnionForWomen (@linholden) reported@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back, too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.
