The trouble is that most people just want new when things get old or break. They aren't interested in recycling. It's all about having shiny new stuff.

Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported@tescomobile I signed up to your unlimited plan. 1st SIM didn't arrive & 2nd SIM shows maxed out data DESPITE ME NEVER HAVING USED IT. 8 calls to customer service with no joy but they did admit other customers have had similar issues. You expect me to pay for this? Total rip off.
