    Really dissapointing from @tescomobile and DPD upgraded supposed to be NEXT DAY DELIVERY well now ita not arriving till WEDNESDAY. 10+ years customer spent lots with you. Last time I upgrade online!

    @tescomobile Absolutely disgusted with you. Wiped my mum’s phone of all her contact numbers and photos whilst trying to fix a problem that you keep failing to fix. We are trying to arrange our fathers funeral and you’ve made things incredibly difficult.

    @tescomobile I have a PAYG that I use for as a backup and want to fit it to a newer phone. However, it's a mini sim and the phone takes a micro. Is it possible to get a new sim card on the same deal / number or do I need to chop it down?

    @tescomobile 2/2, he told them pay monthly, they were supposed to be correcting it. Father had promised call at 3pm to confirm what happened advised to wait till 6pm. Can now make and receive texts but calls no. Says top up pay as you go. 2 hrs today, help?

    @tescomobile Not your fault, Laura. But, that doesn’t help me when I’m constantly on the move. A postcode is not gonna help. It’s just a general issue with the signal strength that should be looked into. I should have 5G, but saying 4G, and that’s a struggle. 15 mins to reply to this tweet
