@tescomobile Absolutely appalled I've had no working SIM for 3 days now and customer support aren't helpful! Have to walk to town to use free WiFi every day! SIM was sent Monday but you cut my old SIM off Tuesday! Where's the logic in that?

@tescomobile serous signal issues; cannot call 4455; online ‘help’ gets to the point of requiring a drop down selection (and there’s no drop down). How do I get help with this issue?

@tescomobile In the actual shop after trying 6 times and them putting down to ur new system!! They tried to open a new account in which that still wouldn’t work. In total I wasted 2hrs of my time in shop, 1 hr on the phone and came away empty handed. And no return call from the lady.

@tescomobile I’ve tried in two other phones; same problem I’m afraid. Does this suggest the sim is faulty?

@tescomobile Hi, phone signal has been very poor around Dunfermline, Fife over the last 2/3 days - it causes issues when out working and requiring it consistently to make money. Is there a known issue in the area? Thanks

@tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 Few months ago but it's got worse. My phone often just goes to answer phone due to no signal so I'm missing important calls (such as doctors, work calls etc) Messages don't often send, I'm replying on WhatsApp (when that works!). WiFi isn't that good and my phone data never works

@tescomobile I’ve had the worst service from your phone support (after receiving great service in store) Tried to move second number on our account to the same deal as me which should be straight forward 1/?

@talkSPORT @tescomobile For all the criticism I genuinely believe that coming back from a bad injury that he played on to a UCL final with 3 years ago has been followed by never rly having a consistent run of games at spurs or everton Still shows flashes of quality but needs more than 1 start a month

@tescomobile my SIM is showing “no service” on my phone. Currently abroad and can’t come into a branch. Is there any way to resolve this issue remotely? Very urgent issue.
