They seemed to be very professional so I hoped all problems will be solved up. You can check the chat records and you can make a decision.

Feeling really frustrated as it was a nightmare taking out the contracts and now I can’t access the accounts. The phones are arriving today can I reject them and cancel please? Think will stay with O2 as never had any issues.
