@tescomobile Whilst on the phone to your customer services for an hour trying to cancel my contract and go to PAYG, they cut my network while I was talking now I'm unable to log into apps etc and they haven't swapped it to PAYG like I asked.

@tescomobile I can’t believe the incompetence of your staff on the phone. After 14 hours of trying to get this issue resolved I’ve finally took the bold step and cancelled my phone contract! Such a simple request and you’ve made me feel like I’m asking for the world! Disgraceful
