@tescomobile You aren't a network operator they build the infrastructure you just piggy back.

@tescomobile My 3 bill hasn’t gone up, or if it has it’s not anything I’ve noticed. But never mind that, I think rising energy prices are possibly a bigger problem.

@tescomobile I know how much you took off me for using my phone abroad for 15 seconds. Despite the account supposedly having a £40 user limit. I’ll never use Tesco mobile again.

@tescomobile The problem is when you look at comparison sites TESCO mobile is not the cheapest for the consumer and often far more expensive. SMARTY, LEBRARA and dare I mention it ASDA MOBILE are far much cheaper to the pocket than Tesco

@tescomobile That's why I'm with SMARTY on Three network.. i destroyed T-Mobile with a vpn that unlocked my capped data speeds. Since then data has went from £3 - 5 up to 35 quid for Always on* or AYCE data. It's scandalous bc it's not broadband speed is it.

@tescomobile To be fair, every time I renew my contract with tesco the price goes down.

@alexjk117 @tescomobile Had the same issue. Other providers let you change tariff and still continue with the contract. For this reason, I won’t be coming back to tesco. I’m now stuck paying £50 a month for a plan with an add on that they give other customers for £20 less per month.

@tescomobile I was with this company for 7 years, I went to renew/upgrade a contract with them and they offered a deal of iPhone 7 on a 3 year contract. I asked can the term not be reduced because I’m a loyal customer or can I pay less each month? They took off £1/mo. Terrible company. AVOID
