    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    😳 In 7 days you’ve promised me 4 times after 3 hrs of webchat/calls, that my issue is sorted @tescomobile. Nope. Tonight now I’m told you’ll escalate a user case & that takes another 3 days…still without phone…and that it’s a global issue? Really?

    @tescomobile you have put upgrade on wrong account and I am being overcharged . Try resolving with the shambles of a call centre as staff Abiole says you don’t call back to resolve issues!!!!
