    @tescomobile since 25/10 I’ve been requesting a number transfer. Since then you’ve deactivated my sim so I can’t make calls and then number transfer hasn’t worked. I’ve had to contact your support about 12 times and make a complaint, and nothings being fixed

    @tescomobile How about your customer services stop repeatedly hanging up on customers, in regard to your faulty app ripping off customers, when attempting to buy data bundles, being refused but then being charged for them anyway. Treating customers as the enemy is not a good idea!

    @tescomobile I decided to cancel. But don't worry I still have other rolling contracts with you, I might just upgrade the one I have to have unlimited mobile data usage rather than just 2gb.

    @tescomobile problems today? 4g was working upto 7am but after 8am only getting 1mbs when should be 40

    @tescomobile Not much of a conversation was it? Youve essentially informed me that my complaint has been escalated to the same deptsrtment it was escalated to 23 days ago, who have done nothing btw, and they will contact me in further 5-7 days ! Diabolical service! 😡

    @i_am_chan @tescomobile Interesting you had this problem too. I went to my local store yesterday at 6.10pm I waited and no one was there for over 10 mins so I went and got some shopping. Came back just after 6.30pm when she was finally there and she said she can’t help me because they shut at 7!

    @tescomobile your customer support is atrocious. simple upgrade fails to provision for 2 months now. In frustration I got a PAC code yesterday but even that did not work. Tescomobile you can check out but you can never leave.
