@tescomobile Don’t worry, I know it not your fault and I said that to everyone I’ve spoken too today. It’s just frustrating that I reported this problem with the credit agreement on Tuesday, Wednesday and today and was assured it was ok but still my original order got cancelled

@tescomobile in my area BN23 6NN it says a mast is not working properly so that’s why my phone calls are not working but when did that get reported as my phones been like this for a week or so dropping calls bad signal can’t make calls etc? When was this started being fixed pls?

Trying to contact @tescomobile about pre-Ordering my new phone and I’m so unhappy with the service given. They are telling me false information and have no idea what they are selling. Trying to make me go for a phone that I don’t even want to suit their needs🙃

@tescomobile Added £10 recharge to wife's phone and £20 recharge to my phone, via vouchers, in Vienna, Austria. Uses data immediately. By the time we try to add a £10 and £20 rocketpacks, £ amount is below required amount. You have to fix this. We missed our train waiting on line

@tescomobile I have ordered a SIM Card and the RM Tracking tells me it was delivered to the local sorting office on 13th Sep. It still seems to be there - I can't imagine this is due to any industrial action, and I have spoken to my postman the past 3 days. Help?!

@PrintNameHere @tescomobile 15+ years, worse customer service I have very received from any company in a long time. Just looking at other providers now and take my business elsewhere. Did they say anything to you about why they cancelled it?
