Important message. DO NOT buy a phone through a @TescoMobile contract. Despite what they claim, it is impossible to switch carriers at a later date. I have been without service since 4 Sep, with no end in sight. This has been the worst customer service I've ever received. Pls RT.

@tescomobile Thanks for the clarification but I have no intention of switching from PAYG. But are you saying that 5G will never be available on PAYG, and if not do you know why?

@tescomobile Is service out in Newcastle upon Tyne? I've had a terrible connection for the last 2 days - people I call can barely hear me - and just now my call dropped out entirely and was replaced with someone else's line!

@tescomobile Ive no idea how to send a message privately I have two Etop up cards that proved absolutely useless as ive never got a message or sent anything EVER
