@tescomobile Liz is proof of why some people should not get jobs in customer service, when they defend their company so much when the company is so obviously in the wrong, you know their customer service is going to be absolute crap and you'll get nowhere with them!

@tescomobile I like your funny excuses I don’t like people making fun out off me and *************** out off my wife you may treat your family with disrespect and con them.

@tescomobile It is still absolutely ridiculous don't u think as I have said above we get enough mins and texts along with unlimited data therefore a month's upfront should never have been taken if it gets rolled over it is absolutely ridiculous or we should have it deducted from our bill!

@tescomobile are all your staff rude to new customers why have you rolled over data and minutes on my wife’s account for the 1st month and now taken it away. Also the data seems to be tuning out faster then normal usage.

@tescomobile OK Liz, thank you for accepting the feedback and passing on the comments. Hardly frustration, it actually disgusting when offers are not actually offers & that is the issue here. A triple credit offer should actually be triple credit on normal tariff, not trebling the prices too!
