@tescomobile When I went to the Tesco mobile in store to enquire I was told it wasn't possible to change the tariff until my mobile phone was paid off? So this make no sense to me. Also, why can new customer get better tariff deals than existing loyal customers?

@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

@tescomobile Thanks Emily. I’ve spoken with the support team via web chat and phone already and unfortunately they couldn’t help me.

@tescomobile In reply to my wife’s letter reply sent 6/4 that as complaint has passed 8 weeks an offer in full and final resolution. However no offers are acceptable as it does not solve the problem of her original number not being fully transferred from O2 to Tesco mobile.

Nearly 1 month now since my phone was stolen and I asked @tescomobile, as a pay monthly customer for years, for my number back. A simple request you would think. Don’t ever ever take out a contract with Tesco Mobile.

Try to deny they could of sent me a damaged phone or that it could have got damaged sitting on my doorstep until I got home, but now there's a problem it's all down to me, the paying customer. Faulty phone cost £1000 + and still paying for it. AVOID @tescomobile guys!!
