All because they couldn’t port it properly with a pac code provided by o2. Cheek to ask for phone back after I’ve had nothing but nightmare 2 weeks!!

The issue I have is I was told my old sim would be disconnected on the day of the new sims arrival and my phone has been disconnected today with no new sim in sight?!
