    @tescomobile @DPDgroup_news trying to find out when my phone will be delivered. Meant to arrive Saturday 26th. Would gladly pick it up from dpd depot but cant get through to them shocking service. Do not use Tesco mobile if they continue with this delivery company

    @tescomobile I'm visiting friends in Woodford, Greater London but cannot make or receive calls in my Tesco mobile. Why is this - it says mobile network not available for voice calls? Why not!

    @tescomobile Do you bother to read? My complaint is that according to your TESCO customer help line you have reduced the number of times a phone rings to TWICE (2). WHY?

    @tescomobile I am disappointed with you today. I am a loyal customer and was not able to buy a black Friday phone deal today. For some reason my house was not on your list, although all other houses were. In the 5 days it will take to sort the deal will be gone.

    So @tescomobile is still down, this is day 2 now with no signal at all, 02 are aware of the problem but bloody hell they're slow in fixing it

    @tescomobile We have just rung customer service and apparently there is a technical difficulty you have been unable to solve and have no idea when you will either! We are now seeking to claim compensation for loss of earnings through the ombudsman!

    @tescomobile absolute shocking customer service. Wasn’t aware I had missed a payment for my daughters phone in September as payments in October & November continued as normal. That missed payment has been made but you have disconnected the phone and want me to pay £268 ???????

    @tescomobile I bought a phone from Tesco mobile in Highams Park 33 days ago. It won’t start up anymore. The store say phone customer services, customer services say go back to the store. Can you please sort this out.
