@Tesco @tescomobile why doesn’t anyone from fraud ever get in touch about the fact my identity has been used to set up a contract for a phone? I’ve filled in an online form for the fraud department- they never get back! No one in @tescocustomers1 can do anything to help.

If anyone is thinking of signing up to Tesco mobile I strongly advise not to.!!!! €300 bill for “over using data” when my phone didn’t even work for 2 weeks of the month?!! Impossible!Customer service is atrocious!! Can’t get answers anywhere!🤬 @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews

@tescomobile can someone help to cancel a contract for someone who has lost mental capacity. Contract not been used for several years so cancelled the DD. Now being chased for payment. Customer service won’t help contract as not in my name.

@tescomobile Is there some kind of OTP SMS block or something with Tesco Mobile? I’ve been trying to get an Amazon OTP for about a month now and I am still unable to get the code, some people on T-Mobile are saying it’s because the service provider has blocked OTP numbers??
