    Nearly 3 days have gone, and still no response from @tescomobile. My partner is on 02, and his friend is on GiffGaff… they have good signal. Sort your **** out. #pisstake

  • therealasliatta qari saab (@therealasliatta) reported

    @tescomobile fix up

  • Pig_Maiden Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported

    @danbrusca @tescomobile Update: they couldn't even cancel my contract properly. Tried to transfer me & cut me off. Agent admitted that this is a nationwide issue with people porting across. Tesco knows this yet still keep accepting new customers. Formal complaint will be raised. Avoid Tesco at all costs

  • LisaEnglish71 Lisa English (@LisaEnglish71) reported

    @tescomobile fed up with issues over transferring my number to new contract. Five live chats lasting over 3.5hrs and still not working. I want to cancel the contract, had two bills but still can’t make any calls!

  • m0untain_ash jehan p(ro)uvaire (@m0untain_ash) reported

    @tescomobile Just did, have spent about an hour on the phone with customer care and was told to go into the shop which I can't do atm

  • Pig_Maiden Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported

    @danbrusca @tescomobile Thank you, Dan. I'm contacting them now to cancel. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

  • AnnabelleHeywo1 Annabelle Heywood (@AnnabelleHeywo1) reported

    @tescomobile hi, is your webchat not working today…?

  • VinnieLouu Katie (@VinnieLouu) reported

    @tescomobile Provide me with the service I am paying for then. Stop passing us around in circles and actually sort it out. Looking through your tweets and replies, I can see that I’m not the only one having problems. I’ve done everything you’ve asked for.

  • joebll4 Joe (@joebll4) reported

    @samvj88 @tescomobile It might be because your number is saved like “07xxxxx” in her phone. Try to get her to change it to +44 7xxxxx (international format). If she’s getting a Spanish message it sounds like the network thinks it’s a Mexican number (i.e., a local number) since there’s no +44.

  • danbrusca Dan Brusca (@danbrusca) reported

    @LisaEnglish71 @tescomobile They've damaged my credit score, admitted it and refuse to fix it. Hope you get to move away from them ASAP.
