Wow. @tescomobile so after lying to us several times on recorded lines and not helping at all with literal customer service……… all you will offer is a thousand club card points. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Terrible company. Maybe give a **** about your customers.

@tescomobile I'm still waiting for a nano SIM I ordered for a new phone last Thursday. My present SIM was cut off on Saturday, day 5 of no service. Postman has just been and no new SIM card. Day five of no service. What do you suggest I do now? This is massively inconvenient.

hi @tescomobile my phone hasnt had any signal since early yesterday (i think, it could be longer), ive tried restarting and the coverage checker seems fine.... i havent received a new sim card for my new phone yet either

HNY @tescomobile just cost us £300- you cancelled our credit agreement for phone. ‘Care’ team said our only option was to return phone and rebuy on new agreement!! you’ve admitted that you never notified us that we needed to return the phone. Terrible service

@tescomobile You also supply my phone. The WiFi works on my husbands phone and TV and laptop but is now cutting out on my 3 month old phone meaning I can't work. It's definitely an issue with my phone or connection. Thee is work being done nearby on 02 lines.
