    @tescomobile I'm aware that there can be no guarantee of a fault free service. But tesco and I signed a contract. I pay for a service and tesco provide a phone service. I've paid my bill but tesco aren't keeping there side of the contract we signed. Are they?

    @tescomobile my phones saying it has no service & I can’t do anything. I’ve tried resetting it & taking out my SIM but nothing. Ive been at home and work where I always have service and I’m getting absolutely nothing.

    @tescomobile hi once i have paid off my usage contract for my phone this year, would i then only be paying the credit agreement (ends next year) - if this is the case would my bill go down ?
