    @tescomobile What is the criteria for selection for the 3 month Disney+ TV trial. I'm a long standing customer and have not received any information.

    @tescomobile poor experience of in store supposedly being transferred to cheaper contract. Misled during signing up process and not told that for the interim period to next bill I would only have 8gb rather than the unlimited data I had before and would have on new contract.

    @davinamcm @tescomobile Surely you can still honor the deal for a long standing customer. People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? Come on Tescos do the right thing here
