  @tescomobile The watch which was part of the promotion was actually a Xiaomi smart band not a Samsung and why would I as the customer need to go chasing this as I paid Tesco to supply it surely it would be Tesco who would need to follow up with their supplier

  @tescomobile is Tesco mobile down at the moment ! Me and my whole family who are on Tesco can’t call anybody and when we do get through it says call failed after 2 minutes !!!!! Can’t get hold of my mum in an emergency

  Interesting strategy @tescomobile I'll give you that: charge £1200 for a phone order that was cancelled and then try to transfer to the Samaritans when we get upset. Apparently the "resolution team" will be in touch within 24 hours but I bet they won't

  @MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 3 .... If Tesco mobiles' licence to RUN a mobile network was dependant on their CAPABILITY to run such a business, they'd be forced to close it down, so I guess that Tesco mobile being able to continue despite that they haven't got a clue how to do it, it keeps other networks..

  @MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 2 .... a mobile-network. But more importantly, do you think they care? The personel who man the helplines simply haven't got a clue. Totally-brain-dead - reading from instruction books. It baffles me how they get-away with it!

  Back in October when I tried to order it, I had to call every day for a week @tescomobile and was continuously ensured that everything was ok. And now you sent me a bill for a phone I never received?
