Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

CS in effect called me a liar!!

He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

Yesterday It was confirmed by your staff member at Streatham store on the O2 webpage there were interruptions of service and no service in areas. fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

I would
