Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

Maddy🤙 (@22_maddy_08) reported@tescomobile hello, I’ve stuck my new sim in my new phone (sim only colleague super deal) & the sim shows no service. It still shows no service when I put it in my old phone that’s on the same Tesco super colleague deal.
