    @tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

    @tescomobile my partner has “used” all her monthly data in a week. It’s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?

    @socoolrobyna @tescomobile happily promoted their mobile service in their Sthelens store but you can’t get 3G in there, let alone 4G

    @tescomobile disgusted with your costumer service this week after my mum reported my nephew being groomed online on a phone number she pays for 3 days later it is still active and you can’t tell us when it will be disconnected. Keep your kids and grandkids away from @tescomobile

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
