    @tescomobile She's on a payg lite tariff I think (triple credit one, tops up. Now using wifi is putting her credit down, it's getting ridiculous. The phone was from yourselves so is the phone or sim at fault. If I dm details cqn you check her account

    @tescomobile tried to sign up for a new contact / as a new customer this evening via a deal on TopCashback, got all the way through - you took payment to then find it says there’s been an error & to call you with a reference? Can someone help please?

    @tescomobile @O2 There is something wrong with the 4G in my area, it's quite localised but on both Tesco and O2 contracts everything that uses data is loading very slowly, or not at all. Been like it all day! I live opposite phone masts so one is having an issue.

    @VodafoneUK My partner was assaulted & robbed in London & he had to be transferred 4 times in order for you to cancel his contract. He said dealing Vodafone customer service was just as bad as being robbed and assaulted. Advice to anyone in the UK, @tescomobile are brillant.

    @tescomobile I am with you yes. It was working this morning but now it isn't. Which is the same time as yesterday I noticed it was having issues.

    @tescomobile I'm in the Middle of Berwick upon Tweed and my service is pathetic, I very rarely browse using 5g or whatever but today its nigh on impossible
