    @tescomobile terrible phone service, both internet and voice while in the SK14 area where I spend a lot of time. Contacted O2 on 12/01/2023 who admit there is a problem but still no resolution. Any chance you could escalate this? I’m paying for a service I can’t use. Thanks

    @tescomobile you may want to have a word with the member of staff working in your Newmarket Tesco Store today. The unhelpful, cocky and patronising approach doesn’t help customers who then spend their money elsewhere.

    @tescomobile hi Tesco Mobile. For those of us affected by this ridiculous iPhone 13 Clubcard price/no return of handset fee issue, what is the timeline for resolution and is receiving some comms, please? It’s been a week and no sight nor sound as yet…?? Thanks

    @tescomobile Just ordered a new sim card. Assistant said while the new sim is on its way to me service will cease until my new sim arrives. I thought the service was only interrupted during the actual swap? Could you clarify which is right…thanks.

    @tescomobile I had to cancel an upgrade so returned the phone but have been charged for it. I have not been refunded for either the upgrade or phone. I have been assured 3 times that the money is on it's way. I have been trying to sort this since November 2022. Please help me.

    @tescomobile Shall I do the same trick with my wife's and my son's phone as well as they ain't making or receiving calls, or is it safe to assume there's been a network problem you're currently unaware of?

    @tescomobile been waiting on a refund of over £600 since early December. Promises it will be done in 5 days then a story of it will be on the 23rd of Jan. 5 calls and a complaint in and non the wiser and STILL going around in circles with your customer service team!! Sort it out!
