@tescomobile upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago still no data. Have had now 2 SIM cards 3 trips back to store. 5/6 live chats not including those generated by the store. 2 calls to customer services. Assured that latest SIM would work still no data !!!! When will this get sorted out!

@tescomobile Hi. I'm having trouble staying connected to mobile data. The only way to get it back is to restart the phone. Then it will only last for a couple of hours then drop out. Thanks

@paulamkershaw @O2 @tescomobile Yeh seems to be network wide. As not even localised to my area seeing 5 of us having same issue... Sometimes some come through twice or 3 times as well.

@tescomobile @danbrusca But you'll continue accepting new customers even though you know there's a good chance they won't get the service you charge them for. Very good. And your customer service agent said the issue was nationwide. You guys can't even get your lies straight.

@tescomobile 3 live chats and I’ve just had the phone put down on me. I pay monthly and you have made my sim PAYG. Worst service I’ve ever had. 3 weeks without a phone because of this

@O2 @tescomobile me and a friend is on tesco mobile and 2 other friends on O2. We all keep having issues with our texts not sending which yesterday an important one didn't come through. Is there any issues across the entire network or whole of manchester as we all have issues

@tescomobile Three weeks later, now the phone has developed a major fault where it will turn off when flipped or not plugged into a socket. A quick Google shows that this is a common issue that is connected with the display of the phone.
