@APhillips1962 @tescomobile The service shouldn't be allowed to run! I've had similar issues and spent over 4 hours in one week on phone each advisor telling or doing something differently. And us the customers have to sit and wait for their errors to be rectified! Worst network company!

@bt_uk I'm not a BT customer, nor's she. Somehow BT has got itself in the middle between @tescomobile and @TalkTalkBizCare to create a purgatory that cannot be stopped Tesco are hiding behind GDPR, its nothing to do with Talk Talk- you've created a service you've not thought through

@tescomobile 21 days after TESCO changed my number without my consent they finally reply to my complaint.The result of which is I HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER SIM not tesco pay for.There fault yet the customer has spend more money time and fuel to try rectify their mistake#unreal

@Patrici09887117 @tescomobile Had similar issue tesco changed my number without my consent on 18th still waiting for it to be reversed obvious nothing is being done as fed different story everytime I ring up . Apparently now it’s with another dept, who no longer do it within 24 hrs but now require 3 days!!!

@tescomobile having an awful time. Bought my son a refurbed phone for Christmas and within a few hours it keeps shutting down. Went instore and they won’t help. Chat directed me to self service. Self service directs me to contact Apple. You sold me a broken phone and won’t help!

@tescomobile Where I work if there’s a complaint first th8ng we do is acknowledge receipt and get back to them . I have zero confidence anything is being done as shown from previous calls . Why has it taken from 18th of Dece to rectify something a **** up made by tesco!
