    Funny how @Tesco sell phones using the @tescomobile branding but when you have a problem suddenly the phone isn't related to @tescomobile and yet they still continue to spam you with text messages. Talk about selling under false pretences

    @tescomobile Trying to log in to my account to close it down because I don't want it any more and don't even have the handset or sim any more and guess what the last security hoop to jump through is? "We've sent a text to your mobile" 🤬😡😤😠

    @tescomobile so I’ve not used an email attached to my account for years. It’s the first time I have ever tried to log in. Why can’t you text a reset password and email also ? I really can’t be arsed to explain my life choices over an email to customer services !

    @tescomobile Hi Rob. My wife is chatting online now but seems to be getting a repeated message about doing it via the app. They are now doing the same as earlier and saying it’s a Clubcard issue. So frustrating as we just go round in circles! This was Saurav (surname).

    @tescomobile help! Signed up last week to you, they said it would activate today as I've brought my number over from my last place...but when I type in that number on the tesco mobile app it doesn't work 🥺

    @tescomobile Hi Laura - no issues on status checker. Was just on online chat, but got disconnected. I’ve tried my sim in another phone, that didn’t work, but another sim worked fine in my phone. So looks to be an issue with my SIM card
