@tescomobile can’t login to account through secure checkout, a pin gets sent to my phone but no option to input the pin and it says username or password are incorrect, I know for sure I am using correct password and username as I can login to my pay monthly acc as normal

@tescomobile his death. The other company, like you, also refused any refund. My whole extended family & friends have left that company & we all vow to never use it again.. #Tesco & @tescomobile will be getting the same treatment.

@tescomobile I can’t call or receive calls today, get call fail on them all but I’m able to text and use data without a problem. Is there a problem in the CF63 area?

@tescomobile No on my phone, and yes it says incorrect username or password and invalid credentials. I am definitely using the correct credentials as I can sign in elsewhere, I am just unable to sign in when trying to place a new order and sign in to secure checkout as existing customer

If you want a decent mobile service AVOID @tescomobile they are without doubt. The WORST mobile network I've ever had to misfortune to deal with. Rip offs of the highest order. I'm paying off my balance now then changing my network thank god.

@tescomobile guys - twice this month I've had my phone booked in for collection and repair (have a hardware issue where phone will not find network providers and still have a warranty). Both times no one has arrived to collect and got an email last night to say its cancelled
