    51 hrs later and still no response from @tescomobile . Seems its acceptable to **** your customers over when they decide to leave. Cancel your contract and they leave a default on your credit rating. Abysmal customer service!!!

    @tescomobile No problems indoors with EE or Voda just the Tesco / O2 network is a failure here, so maybe direct some of that investment to the unglamorous countryside rather than city's

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @tescomobile Just remember that Tesco are using the o2 masts & the o2 signal is terrible I’ve been with them nearly two years with little to no signal I’m in a 3 year contrast & have had to buy a cheap EE sim to make call that don’t drop. I’m buying myself out of my contract then legal action

    @electron_greg @tescomobile I done the same, joined @SMARTYMobileUK got exact same package, free calls, texts, 30GB data for £10 pcm. I was paying elsewhere at £42, their service was shocking, so I left as should you Greg

    @tiff_tv @tescomobile My sister is in a nursing home and has the same trouble. Puts £10 a month on her Tesco Mobile and just sends a couple of texts. Rip off.

    @tescomobile The best bit of the service checkers says use hotspots or your home broadband lol but we will still charge you every month for a service you are not getting basically stealing money every month

    @tescomobile taking a large some money for a product that you are advertising as having in stock email an hour later to say not available….. 40minutes on the phone being transferred to multiple people with no resolution and it’s still showing as available! Not ok
