    @tescomobile I’m sorry but I’m looking at moving my business elsewhere. Courier has lied and marked down that new phone was accepted at my old address by someone of my surname, maybe it was the ghost of my dead husband. This could all have been sorted if they’d not lied and not dumped parcel

    @tescomobile so mad , ordered a phone Friday to be emailed delivery would be Saturday with dpd . Now told it’s Easter and I’ll get it Tuesday or Wednesday. Very poor service tbh

    .@tescomobile you sent my new sim card to my address with the wrong name on it. Has my private info been mixed with someone else's on your system? I thought it was protected by gdpr?! Has my personal data been compromised on your system? Please help, I'm worried!

    @davejines76 @tescomobile Honestly WiFi calling/texts would solve all of the problems I have. I'll bet I can find a network that offers such things for less than I pay at the moment. Tesco isn't even that cheap.

    @tescomobile @Tesco Legal proceedings will commence within 7 days. Faulty phone kit returned to Tesco Head Office. I am not a Tesco Mobile Customer.
