@tescomobile Hey, hoping someone can help, every time I dial out the person cannot hear me the first time the call connects, second time usually fine wasn’t today - third time was Is it possible to disable WiFi calling to see if this is the issue? I can’t do it within my settings

@tescomobile Yes it’s obviously lost in transit and they have been in contact with Tesco mobile regularly, including today. It’s just very, very frustrating for them. If not resolved soon will have to take the complaint further

So the solution given to me by @tescomobile is to revisit the online chat and basically repeat what I told them in April and in emails through May #nothanks #tescomobiledealwiththeissue

@tescomobile Yes they have asked to cancel, but were told they couldn’t as it was ‘under investigation’. My dad (the account holder) has spoken to various people regularly over the last 2 weeks but nothing has been resolved yet. Just concerned as I mentioned he’s elderly and getting stressed

Thanks to the people who have contacted me who have called to inform me that my backup phone/work number has been posted on a wall in Conventry. It involves ***** but not the feline version. Just phoned @tescomobile, the carrier, & I couldn't have had better customer service.
