  @tescomobile can you explain what went wrong my with my order especially after approving the contract and sending a mail stating estimated date of delivery only to refund me. This is heart wrecking and I deserve an immediate explanation. #customerservice #customer

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

  I wonder if @tescomobile is ever going to sort out issue we have with a number going from contract to payg .. ?? Nearly a month now .. numerous live chats , phonecalls and even a complaint ... To be told to wait ... And wait ... And wait ?? Waited long enough now

  @tescomobile - Is there a reduction in service to the general East Kent area please? Increasingly, I find zero reception in locations where I used to have strong 5G performance. My phone is up to date and has been re-started.
