@SirianSto @tescomobile They outsourced their customer services to Capita. That's the problem. I've been with Tesco for years and it used to be so much better. time to move on now as the level of service is going down the pan.

@tescomobile I’m a business customer with Tesco mobile have been having an issue with my phone since July still not resolved, Customer service is diabolical and trying to get through to talk to someone is almost impossible, Was with 02 for 25 years prior to this and biggest mistake moving
