@tescomobile I've been a customer since 2014!! Doesn't any communication work between colleagues? Simple enough to see the dd is set up for one mobile and no requests to cease the number remaining. It takes 2 hours to get anywhere I'm in need of you to take the dd . Not pester son for money.

It was a reply to the letter sent to them detailing the timeline of the complaint. Callum on Tesco FB page was very helpful. Put in writing to their HO, and copy Ombudsman cont..

@tescomobile desperately trying to get help with a fraudulent account set up in my name. 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, the account is still live, an iPhone I didn’t order is still at my house and my credit report is affected. Appalled and very stressed. PLEASE help
