    @tescomobile I have done that and yes there is an issue but it has been going on off and on for months and it's getting beyond a joke. It goes down almost weekly!!!

    @tescomobile I’m having the same problem again this month. Website won’t load and both cards keep getting declined over the phone. Tried multiple browsers and devices for the website. Is there another way to pay? My service has been restricted and I can’t make a payment to get it back on

    @O2 and @tescomobile when are you going to get the persistent mast issues in the HD9 (Meltham,West Yorkshire) sorted once and for all? People trying to work at home and constantly have no network coverage!!!!! Its not good enough!

    @tescomobile waited in all day for delivery that never turned up!! 🤬 tried contacting dpd who supposed to be delivering the item, customer service absolutely shocking!! Got nowhere, still have no idea when it's going to be delivered!! 🤬😫😤

    @tescomobile It seems from the link like the engineers are on the case, but this is the third time I’ve complained about the network in this area in a few months. There needs to be a major update in this area. Thanks for replying, Maria.

    @tescomobile all a bunch of jobsworths who are poorly trained and unprofessional even the concerns team lie say they will call you back and never doo aswell as managers only been waiting for a 24 hour call back over 2 weeks now #sham

    @tescomobile absolute joke of a company! How do I make a formal complaint ?? Nearly 70 year old paying a monthly bill who doesn’t even get the service she’s paying for and then customer care won’t speak!! JOKE
