@tescomobile we bought the new mobile, as she had no way of communicating out. Basically you left a vulnerable 86 year old woman without means of communicating, paying for a contracted number that was not working, and £70 out of pocket for a new phone...appalling.

@tescomobile 26 March my Grandmothers mobile showed a fault with her SIM. 4 store visits and 3 calls to customer care later and it is still not fixed. All we need is the old number transferred to the new phone. Having been assured it would be done by 2pm today - it is not...

@tescomobile what makes it further appalling is the first call made to customer care, my grandmother, who is recovering from a stroke and so gets confused, did not pass security checks, despite the answers she gave being correct......
