    @tescomobile I always do just never win

  • JulianPFoulkes Julian Foulkes (@JulianPFoulkes) reported

    @tescomobile All the phone companies are ripping off consumers with contracts. DONT get a contract. Buy a phone and a monthly sim which you can cancel anytime.

  • robert_leslie_ Robert Leslie (@robert_leslie_) reported

    @tescomobile Been a customer for some years and been v satisfied. Unfortunately you don’t support Apple Watch so going to have to move away soon...unless any imminent plans to change this?

  • paul_brandon Paul Brandon (@paul_brandon) reported from Middlewich, England

    @tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

    @tescomobile You use the O2 network so why have you not started allowing your customers to utilise WIFI calling? This is not a new technology and its very disappointing that you do not offer this yet. Please consider this as the mobile signal I have at home is rubbish 2/3

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

    @tescomobile and I would hate to have to leave your network when my contract is up because of this. Come on, do you customers a favour and get this necessary function enabled for us! 3/3

  • JenG1210 𝙹𝚎𝚗 (@JenG1210) reported

    @tescomobile Jade, do you know what an mno or mvno are? You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network

  • leemadden83 Lee (@leemadden83) reported

    @tescomobile I left EE for this reason after 15 years As a customer. Been at @giffgaff for the last 5 and never looked back. Always felt cheated by a mid contract price increase so good on you. @EE would never do business with you again.

    @tescomobile Yes, damn you @EE

  • bjblyth Benjamin Blyth (@bjblyth) reported

    @tescomobile Is this also aimed at @O2 - whose service you piggyback?
