  • Giles_Pepperell Giles Pepperell (@Giles_Pepperell) reported

@tescomobile That page (that I load and search my postcode on daily) shows that there has been an issue for months so for you to believe and state that engineers are working to restore service is laughable.

  • SebWrites Sebastian White #StandWithUkraine (@SebWrites) reported

@tescomobile I understand, but it is refusal of staff to arrange a manager to even call me back? This doesn't help anyone.

  • kayleighannalei kayleigh annaleise (@kayleighannalei) reported

@tescomobile has something gone awry in the Blackpool area? Since June my 4G will not load whatsoever my calls drop out and fail regularly despite having supposedly full signal. Can only access internet on wifi and the calls now playing up is driving me insane.

  • Jakob_price Jakob price (@Jakob_price) reported

@tescomobile I keep getting internal server error when trying to pre order iPhone 14 pro plus any help?

  • AngelaArmit Angela Hamilton (she/her) (@AngelaArmit) reported

@tescomobile On checking - the power cable and plug were not included with the phone, so my complaint will move directly to @AppleSupport. I have PM'd with this info, but felt it only fair to post it too.

  • SteveC_Photos Steve Collins Photo (@SteveC_Photos) reported

@tescomobile thinking of buying iPhone 14 Pro Max from Apple…can you confirm I will be able to switch my current SIM-only Pay Monthly contract to the new phone…and also do you support e-Sim? (I only have SIM contract with you).

@tescomobile Hi am a Tesco customer and I am a bit concerned as I received a text from yourselves with a pin request which is valid for 20 mins. I’ve not made any requests, so wondering why I would receive this text. Can someone advise please, thanks

  • LauraR1707 Laura (@LauraR1707) reported

@tescomobile I’ve been with your network since the end of July and it’s been like it pretty much since I joined. It happens everywhere when I’ve not got full 4G signal. If I’ve got 3G I might as well switch my phone off 🙄

  • CawingBird Cathy (@CawingBird) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot I took out a sim only contract for my mum with @tescomobile . She never made use of it due to her diminished mental capacity. When I rang I was told no problem to cancel, but I’d have to pay the balance of the contract up front.

  • LauraR1707 Laura (@LauraR1707) reported from Bolton, England

@tescomobile hello, my data becomes pretty much unusable if my 4G signal drops below 4 bars. Is this normal?
