    @tescomobile Can I get sim only with unlimited texts, unlimited minutes, 30GB of data and cancel at anytime for £10 a month like I can on Smarty?

  • PrfctSymmetry 🇮🇹 Perfect Symmetry 🇬🇧 (@PrfctSymmetry) reported

    @tescomobile Not having any issues but I know your network very well since I worked 14y in Telco and stopped only recently. It makes me laugh that your company, which doesn't even have its own network, takes it on bigger providers about network issues. Very stupid move, don't you think?

  • MirgTweets Mirg (@MirgTweets) reported

    @tescomobile Personally I'm with @EE and I'm aware that I pay a bit more than I would elsewhere but I know I'm getting the best coverage and good customer service, it's just less hassle 🙌

  • aburp abu (@aburp) reported

    @tescomobile What you fail to mention is that TescoMobile is a loss leader for your supermarket business. Maybe say sorry for making £100's Billions from shopping for essentials?

  • 0_joker2 @0_joker2 (@0_joker2) reported

    @SanGrownUn1 @tescomobile Better Customer service

  • Mr_Bluue007 Don Juan (@Mr_Bluue007) reported

    @tescomobile My #Three has been bad for me in last 6 months, same old ex uses yet they take money every month..I need compensation not excuses..I will be saying #Hello to #Tesco I will be joining shortly. Good ridden @ThreeUK

  • FungasUK Matt Ferguson (@FungasUK) reported

    @tescomobile Funnily enough, *just* about to leave Tesco Mobile for substandard network provision, son’s iPhone : 18m of 3G-only, 4G only after I’d moaned at the 11th hour. Recompense? £5. Get stuffed. O2 here I come!

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

    @aburp @tescomobile @EE Google the word "essentially". Plus, if you offer a price over a 24 month contract and it's only applicable for 1 of those months, that is a poor contract and they should change the way they advertise their product

  • secrets80789551 secretsquirrel (@secrets80789551) reported

    @tescomobile Say hello? To what? **** service and a customer care call center which does anything but care? **** off tesco

  • succuchungus Succuchungus (@succuchungus) reported

    @tescomobile Sounds like a good move after my contract is done with @EE. After years of being a loyal customer, price hikes just aren't it
