    @tescomobile : Been a new customer for less than a month - I have made 3 complaints due to my phone being faulty - not once has someone replied and now been put on hold! This is worse than Vodafone (and that is saying A LOT!)

    @tescomobile Ad far ad I'm aware I haven't had any issues, I will check when I get a moment... although changing networks and getting nice new phones might have to wait, as I've had to pay out for a ring doorbell... our street door got kicked in yesterday while my wife was at home!!

    @tescomobile Oh dear ,Tesco CS. Not good. new phone failed to function after 12 hours . Not advised can ask for refund just sent for repair . Now advised waiting for new parts😩😩 received standard e mail from CS not addressing complaint. 😠

    Any know which ombudsman I should contact in regards to @tescomobile and how they take payments, but then say they haven’t even with proof from bank and other TescoMobile employees. @MartinSLewis @Ofcom please help

    Anyone thinking of going with Tesco Mobile, don't bother. What a load of ****. We have had so much trouble with my sons upgrade. They messed everything up and now have the audacity to charge him £617 for a phone that's on contract and close his account!! @tescomobile

    @tescomobile appalling service! Now eleven phone calls, hours wasted, lots of broken promises, after a day and a half u block my sim again. Y? Apparently I have been ordered 3 new ones! It has allegedly been reconnected but still no service! But I am still paying! Why?
