    Can't tell you how fuming I am with @Tesco and @tescomobile bought a phone from them with 6 months clubcard on it. I've never been able to activate it and now they are taking money from me. Whenever I call them they say they'll call back and never do What am I supposed to do now?

    @tescomobile Got it all sorted. Tried via the online chat and that was awful. Took 40mins and they still couldn't sort it out. Called the number above and it took 5 mins haha.

    @tescomobile Turns out its your default DNS servers at fault, forced use of googles 8.8.8.8, once i did could get back online with no issues. Did a secondary test and rest back to default DNS and pack to pages not loading or timing out

    @tescomobile Hi. I'm currently out of contract and I have noticed a good deal on a contract on your website. Is there a number a current customer (Tesco SIM) can call to renegotiate contract? Cheers.

    @tescomobile Heya, I have a Sim Only contract on my account and I'm looking to get my partner a Pay Monthly Phone deal through my Tesco Mobile account for "Family Perks" but when I add to my basket, it says I can't upgrade. Can you help me with this? Many thanks

    @tescomobile I sent my daughters phone in to be fixed 16/12. I have had no news and no replacement phone on the pay monthly contract the phone is within 12months warranty. Is this typical service? Pretty poor tesco mobile.
