Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

After a month of being fobbed off I now can’t phone out on either phone & no one can help me! It’s beyond frustrating & given I wouldn’t choose Tesco again!

According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?
