@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@tescomobile 2/2 Customer Service will not confirm when the sim was sent out or even if it was. He's alone and your customer service team are more worried about him calling them or me sorting it whilst I'm at work. He's 83!! Where's the service????

@tescomobile @EE I've been all over Staffordshire today and had no service. The 4g is horrendous almost all the time anyway in Staffordshire, a bit of Derbyshire and Wolverhampton

@tescomobile Overdue on renewing our contracts with EE. Had to cancel an appointment as we had Covid. I want a good Samsung and Bill just wants a decent smartphone, not sure what we're paying now but do you think you can beat EE, they seem eager to keep us?

@tescomobile @EE I've spoke to a few other colleagues tonight who have said exactly the same as me and that they can't wait to leave either. It's quite obvious that we're paying for a service that you simply can't provide but still advertise as having 99% coverage
