@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@tescomobile I cannot talk to customer services online because apparently yous are busy. I could not access a phone number also. Everytime I disconnect from WiFi, my mobile Internet automatically starts even though I turned it off in settings. Therefore I want to get it sorted.
