    @adzk80 @tescomobile I gave up she's been told all week the SIM will be activated in 24 hours, yesterday live chat tried saying the mast in the area was down (rubbish as my phone was fine)and then reverted to will be active in 24 hours, this was too much for an 80 year old so boxed it up .....

    @tescomobile The mast must be down in Polegate. No 5G or even 4G for days. Can you advise exactly when my service will return please?

    @tescomobile Is says there’s no issues but signal is crap. Even when I go into your tesco stores to shop i have to connect to wifi otherwise i have no reception

    @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area
