    @colinsmith50 @tescomobile I do not understand why Tesco mobile is being criticized or complained about every single day but none of the other companies. My experience of them is that they are one of the best companies in the UK for service and everything

    @tescomobile Why was I told a refund would be processed yet now Iโ€™ve received an email stating it wonโ€™t. You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your โ€˜careโ€™ team.

    @tescomobile Iโ€™m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it wonโ€™t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco
