That @tescomobile ad is honestly so stupid like I don’t get the point

  • DonnaBoo63 Donna (@DonnaBoo63) reported

@tescomobile Really need resolution to this issue. Phone went back via DPD Monday 4th (as arranged by Additional Support Team) but still not had confirmation of receipt and cancellation of contract.

  • RubyTinkerbell RubyTinkerbell (@RubyTinkerbell) reported

@tescomobile Just what us customers want to hear - just leave us if you're not happy, cause we're not interested in solving the issue!

  • TheologyRhys Rhys Baker (@TheologyRhys) reported

.@tescomobile is there an issue with your website? I am trying to request a new password and am stuck on a loading screen. Tried two different browsers and at two different times.

  • RedMissRed She (@RedMissRed) reported

As a teacher in a school full of low-income families I'm really disappointed that @tescomobile aren't doing everything they can to support online learning. Time to find a new mobile provider. Anyone want to recommend one to me?

  • ClaudiaEllis16 Claudia Ellis (@ClaudiaEllis16) reported

@Tesco @tescomobile think it’s disgusting my friend has a faulty phone which is no longer working properly whilst her mum is in hospital and you expect her to pay off her contract in full instead of doing anything to help her in the middle of a pandemic.

  • NommeDeTwit HelenaSz (@NommeDeTwit) reported

@tescomobile Trying to login to my account to give you info YOU have requested but am now locked out of my account despite being sent 2 new temporary passwords. Beyond frustrating, am not happy.

  • icecool1986 arron (@icecool1986) reported

@tescomobile hi ive woken up this morning snd have no signal at all just says searching constantly. any ideas?

  • carlywalker Carly Walker (@carlywalker) reported

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile “Every Little Helps” - they took the ‘little’ too seriously in this phrase and whilst, yes even a small amount of data will help, it’s really a drop in the ocean for Tesco. 1000 requests = 20,000gb. Also 20gb isn’t enough for average of 4 hours daily online learning!
