@tescomobile Liz, what is unclear? Was porting required to your network, before being able to use a @tesco SIM card? My son's iPhone has been compromised since he replied to your linked text message... Opening of ports has allowed changes being made, and locking him out! Who's fault?

@tescomobile And BTW, the person I spoke to suggested I take phone to a store, for them to discern a Tech issue ! Who told them a person in Tesco could do that ? They operate tills & stock shelves !

  • pcarrollmusic Pete Carroll Music (@pcarrollmusic) reported

@tescomobile I've to "get other users to check their phone" ? Like random ppl I've not met, or ppl on socials ? Why would I ask other ppl to check their phone ? Your Tech Support is appalling

@tescomobile Hi jade. Everyone of your operatives have tried to help me with no success. I need someone to call me at a higher level who can actually sort this out .

@tescomobile hi! I've had my phone for just over a year and it hasn't been dropped or submerged in water at all, and I've got a line appearing all the way down the screen

  • Pandapops76 Ally (@Pandapops76) reported

@tescomobile is there a problem with the network ? My messages aren’t sending and when they do they send they send 5the save message 5 or 6 times 😬😬😬

  • flanaga Alan Flanagan (@flanaga) reported

@tescomobile Did this and so far no good. You’ve told me what I already know. No closer to understanding what the issue is or when you intend to resolve it.

  • dawnfxx dawnfxx (@dawnfxx) reported

@tescomobile Almost all mobile phones, require a network to operate via, but No other network dedicates a guide on 'PORTING' either! Nor do they contract you to 3 years ROLLING airtime! You refused to print my contract, failed to email it, rejected my request to cancel within 14 days! Mmmm

  • elmer_fudd86 Ben Whitehead (@elmer_fudd86) reported

@tescomobile any news on when you will be able to support Apple Watch?
