📶 Really frustrated with today network coverage from @tescomobile. Only two bars all day and 3G is incredibly slow. “99% network coverage in the UK” - don’t make me laugh #frustrated #poornetworkcoverage #Tesco @Tesco @tesconews

@tescomobile Llandrindod Wells. Long queue for the customer service desk with one person on. I used to always use the mobile shop to top up with my e top-up card but the woman said I couldn't now.

@tescomobile @tescomobile trying very hard to retrieve a password this morning for a contract phone account (almost due to renew!)..and failing miserably due to a “glitch”..and god knows what else…multiple tries..exhausted all options..help!

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  • nikkinix99 Nikki Blackadder (@nikkinix99) reported

@tescomobile My son broke his handset so I wanted to understand my options but both in store and just now “customer services” first option was a cancellation fee. Surely, the first option would be a new handset?

  • nikkinix99 Nikki Blackadder (@nikkinix99) reported

@tescomobile is it policy when enquiring about a new handset to offer a customer a cancellation fee? #confused #whathappenedtocustomerservice

  • HattyDevon DevonBows (@HattyDevon) reported

@tescomobile No network for 4 weeks and at least another 3 weeks until it may be back on in Torbay 😡

  • Nathansnowbooks Nathan Snow (@Nathansnowbooks) reported

@tescomobile app not working, says to call customer care because of a glitch, no error code and reinstalling doesn’t fix it. Running version 6.8.0

  • HenryTu08657579 Henry Tudor (@HenryTu08657579) reported

@talkSPORT @tescomobile trouble is he only plays for france the rest of the time hes either injured or walking around the pitch. then on social media being a drama queen

  • RonnieLuwero Ronnie (@RonnieLuwero) reported

@talkSPORT @tescomobile The biggest problem here is that not many clubs want or can afford £100m in this climate.
