@tescomobile You’ve made me pay a whole year for a phone I don’t even have or use because the handset contract was different to the tariff? When I asked last year for support basically was told to go away & pay it for another year.. disgusting service ..

  • tiny_mischief Shaunna (@tiny_mischief) reported

@tescomobile Added to the shocking customer service from @O2, this is another reason to leave them...

  • Beyond_Bob Bob (@Beyond_Bob) reported

@tescomobile Never at any time, before or after signing up to a contract, was it made clear that a change would require paying off the phone first, even after the end of the 24 month contract. That is just not acceptable, will leave Tesco as soon as possible.

  • Moeran1944 Peter Lopeman (@Moeran1944) reported

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile have actually been faultless for me. It's not just the contract etc, it's the superb customer service you get in-store. To me, that's the selling point. My wife switched to Tesco, and the woman spent hours setting up the phone.

  • bjblyth Benjamin Blyth (@bjblyth) reported

@tescomobile Is this also aimed at @O2 - whose service you piggyback?

  • leemadden83 Lee (@leemadden83) reported

@tescomobile I left EE for this reason after 15 years As a customer. Been at @giffgaff for the last 5 and never looked back. Always felt cheated by a mid contract price increase so good on you. @EE would never do business with you again.

  • brian_wilshaw Brian Wilshaw (@brian_wilshaw) reported

@tescomobile After a few years of great service very disappointed with our sim upgrade. Website told us next day delivery, sims didn't arrive, customer services replaced the lost in transit sims now both my wife and my mobiles have been disconnected and we haven't received sims.

@tescomobile Jade, do you know what an mno or mvno are? You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network
