    Tried topping up @tescomobile via the app this morning, after getting numerous error codes, checked my bank & yep multiple charges from Tesco but no top up. Same thing happened in August, took 10 days to release the money. Not a happy customer!

    @tescomobile advice would be to avoid tesco...and any of their offers...I recently purchased a phone to come with free ear buds...guess what no ear buds and pretty much told sorry nothing we can do...I have tried several times to contact customer service

    @tescomobile why does my phone keep disconnecting from your network meaning I have no way of using Internet unless hooked up to a router at home? And no way to make calls at all?

    @tescomobile Yes. It took two payments in the same twenty four hours right after being set up with a primary starting amount. It didn't help that I'm using Rocket Packs so just wanted the extra credit for the unforeseen... Have now disabled auto-top-up.

    Getting some shocking customer service from @tescomobile just put the phone down on my wife when chasing up a complaint about misinformation given six days ago and still not dealt with.
