    @tescomobile @MrsGunner Myself, husband, 2 adult sons and teenager have been with Tesco mobile for about 6 years now and have always had great customer service. I wouldn’t change.

    @tescomobile There is no point in sending you a private message. The last problem was only sorted out by the ombudsman and I’ve a letter that states they will give me £30 in compensation due to not being able to use the phone. It’s now been fixed after6 months of complaining but no money.

    @mouthwaite @EE Also agree with @tescomobile . I have 3 contracts with them ( was 4 till one of the kids started paying their own ) fantastic customer service wouldn't go back now to anyone else

    @tescomobile the worst network EVER worst customer service EVER bad mistake going from giffgaff to Tesco mobile even though on O2 network rude staff just trying to get cancellation after 2 MONTHS JOKE

    @mouthwaite @EE I was with EE! As soon as I could upgrade I left! They are awful! I went to @tescomobile ! Been with them for over a year and i have never had a problem.

    @tescomobile I have done that and yes there is an issue but it has been going on off and on for months and it's getting beyond a joke. It goes down almost weekly!!!
