@Dr_XYZ Only just joined them so I can’t say if they’re good or not yet. I can tell you that @tescomobile is utter rubbish. Expensive and poor coverage.

@MrJPC123 @EE Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.

@tescomobile is there a secret to using the signal my phone shows me I Have? My internet barely loads even on 3/4 bars of signal and I’ve not had a phone call today that hasn’t ended in call failed (even though I’ve got full signal).

@tescomobile Just left Tesco after a year of frustration and gone back to O2. Sick of (pistachio) poor customer service and lack of product knowledge. And O2 still have free roaming

@tescomobile Even after what you say there I was never told any of this, just expected to pay a overpriced contract unless I asked the right questions? Complete shambles..

@tescomobile I apologise for my irritability! I think my frustration was because I never received the text, so it came out of the blue when I was out. Anyway all is well, I must remember what is going on in the world and think about what real problems are 😬

@tescomobile How much do you think Tesco made while all independent shops were forcibly shut down for a year?

@tescomobile Not much point in bragging about not increasing your prices when you can't even offer a service to your customers. No network for over a week and you didn't even pre warn us! Thanks Tesco Mobile

@tescomobile There are no known issues, already checked. Almost 2 weeks now and no reply when you text "balance" to get your balance. It was a useful service, makes no sense that you stopped it. @tescomobile Would also have appreciated prior warning that you increased my bill.

@tescomobile No, and I'm told it will be Saturday 8pm before its resolved. This is really poor, why not text or email your customers to say they may be affected
