    @jojibitch @Apple @tescomobile Also they never said/it doesn’t say that the SE doesn’t come with one so if this was his first iPhone he wouldn’t be able to charge it

    @tescomobile He’s going to be using his old one as he’s not paying extra for something that should come with a phone. Plus if not putting an adapter and earphones in with a phone to “help Apple’s cause” then that’s just stupid as they’re making them anyway, you just have to buy one separately

    @tescomobile I can’t call or receive calls today, get call fail on them all but I’m able to text and use data without a problem. Is there a problem in the CF63 area?

    @tescomobile I’ve hardly any signal since 10/2/2021. I’m unable to receive calls and texts come through delayed. I got told to check the 02 network issue checker & it just says for the last 2 weeks ‘a mast not working as it should sorry’ when this going to be fixed?!

    Don’t worry @CPWTweets ! @tescomobile was able to sort out the problem within 20 minutes and on a better contract #newphone

    Don't take out a phone contract @tescomobile they will give you a 24 month contract and charge you for 43 months even after telling them to cancel it at end of contract with no ECNs or the once a year out of contract contact which is a Legal requirement then when they haven't
