    @tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?

    @tescomobile going on a cruise in a few months time and can’t afford the @pandocruises internet. How do I know if my phone can take an eSIM? (Sorry if it’s an easy answer-technophobe here) family want to keep in contact to help my anxiety

    @MartinSLewis An idea fora new show. Best and worst customer services; Best M&S and Fenwicks. Worst @DPD- it’s impossible to speak to a person so no resolution and @tescomobile misinformed and ignored even by the CEO team. Complaints made take 28 days not even a ref given

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word
