@tescomobile Hi it seems this has now been set up but this does not help us upgrade until June by which time the clubcard offer has ended. This has never been an issue in the past to upgrade

@tescomobile I'm tied into a contract until 2025,my network is disgraceful don’t get signal anywhere. I am really not happy paying what I pay per month for a service I’m not receiving its disgusting. I want money off my monthly bill or contract done.

@tescomobile Sorry Chris, but this is a very poor response from Tesco. People need to know what will offered regarding roaming,so they can make an informed choice to stay with Tesco or move to another supplier who is offering roaming.

@tescomobile It wasn't the signal it was due to the fact that an update needed installing. Please pass this onto your customers that are quoting similar problem with not being able to receive incoming calls, it works fine for me now. @o2

@tescomobile Hi Chris Phoned customer service & they say there isn’t a problem. This happened on Sunday & they said there was a problem & it came back on in the evening. I can not be without my phone.

@tescomobile Great customer service to make my Mum wait at the end of the phone indefinitely, waiting for you to call, only for the outcome of the call to be generic advice that she has already followed multiple times to no avail. Stop taking your customers for idiots.
