@tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile

@tescomobile Just I been told its a scam that dhould be illegal and therefore I want to cancel this contract as I was sold it being mislead .As I text people all time yet my 5000 free texts stay at 5000 cause u scamming me and changing texts in to chargeable mms WRONG AND WILL SOON BE ILKEGAL
