This is priceless, I laugh if I didn’t want to cry. @Tescomobile response to my roaming problems “it should work once you connect to the UK network again” I need roaming NOW, not when I get back to the UK

@tescomobile why is your phone signal so ****? In a major city… 5G which doesn’t work, ****. In a rural town… 4G which doesn’t work, ****. Any idea why your charging for a service which doesn’t work?

@SafferTheGaffer @EE Even @tescomobile are putting up costs (use O2 network). I stayed with them as they made a big thing about NOT putting up costs mid contract. Can't afford to upgrade my phone so am hit by the price rises. Seems no MNO cares about their customers anymore, only their shareholders.

@tescomobile Hi, I’m currently out of contract and when I went in to renew the computers weren’t working so they couldn’t renew my contract. Now you only have more expensive contracts. Any chance you can help before I go elsewhere? Thanks!

@tescomobile It is frustrating that I can only contact via Twitter which is, of necessity, very slow

@nickjenner101 @tescomobile The other networks have always increased prices mid-contract whereas Tesco Mobile have never done that. Most of their customers can still avoid price increases if they want, but I doubt you’ll ever see a £4.50 sim deal now tbh - hard to make any money out of it at that price

@tescomobile So the outcome is that @tescomobile can't do anything to help other than try to post another new SIM card via Royal Mail.Even though the previous 2 haven't arrived. @tescomobile store say they can't help. And it's left to me to phone back again.Rubbish service. No solution offered

@tescomobile Contacted customer services & had subsequent email saying not to contact them anymore as its been escalated & trying to be resolved. Sit tight and wait till Tesco mobile can be bothered. What's my wife's cancellation rights bearing in mind you've not honoured the contract?
