@louloustwit @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to sort it. It’s not acceptable please demand compensation or leave they are useless

I’m also cancelling my 2 mobile contracts with Tesco because of their totalitarian approach to the use of Clubcard. Never shop at Tesco again. @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

@Lll63629830 @tescomobile Hi. That's interesting. When I went in-store the TM staff member said they'd seen a few people with the issue. I've spent ages trying to sort too. I've now taken a new contract with another provider and will press to recover amounts charged by TM while I've had no service.

@tescomobile Come to Tesco Mobile they said; it’s so easy to bring your old number. Five days later I am still waiting and have been without any service at all for over twenty four hours. I have lost a days work because I don’t have access to another phone!
