@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

Plus many Don't know - Some lenders see it as personal loan affecting credit rating/affordability for mortgage.
