I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

kathleen dobbs (@kathleendobbs6) reported@tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet butβ¦ NO DATA. Can you please help?

alan lewis wildlife stuff (@LewisStuff) reported@silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.
