@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

After more than 20 years, today I am saying bye bye to @O2 and Hello to @tescomobile . I am hoping for better customer service and compassion and fairer pricing. The moment I changed that SIM over, I have alread halved my bill - I urge anyone today to check too

@tescomobile Hi, I have a problem regarding my recent upgrade and how much data I should have. Have received a text saying I am nearly out of data which isn't correct and on the app it has completely different figures that are also not correct.

Hi @tescomobile it’s really awkward to file a complaint on your website. My mum was waiting in for her new phone. I get a text saying delivery has been missed. There are two people waiting for the parcel in her house! DPD really aren’t great. Please use another delivery company.

@tescomobile are you experiencing network issues in the HR2 area? Signal has dropped out/no network despite it working an hour ago. Obviously I can't call anyone to rectify this and I have work calls diverted to my mobile so not helpful when I now have no service. Thanks
