    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

    @tescomobile Yes pretty much, although yesterday it was Newport Cardiff swansea areas.. call quality is horrendous.. upto a week ago using the same phone on EE with no problems whatsoever.

    @tescomobile I'm having major issues with signal and 4G at BN8 6JL since some works were done last week! Is there anything else wrong in this area?

    @tescomobile rang today to get new iphone and there was issues with the system. Fantastic member of staff said he would rong me back. Twenty minutes later he rang and managed to pre order the new iphone 14 pro. I didn't get the guys name. But if someone could find out and feed

    Hey @tescomobile I’m currently stranded in Czech Republic with no mobile signal at all (currently on Wi-Fi at a stranger’s place!) spoke for an hour to one of your operatives try to get me online so I can contact my friends and get around. Help!!! ASAP

    @tescomobile has something gone awry in the Blackpool area? Since June my 4G will not load whatsoever my calls drop out and fail regularly despite having supposedly full signal. Can only access internet on wifi and the calls now playing up is driving me insane.
