@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

@tescomobile Tbh liz it’s not the fact that I have to wait for that I’ve been trying to cancel because of the appalling service and have gotten no where! That’s why I escalated and not expecting to be hung up on multiple times

@tescomobile Doesn't seem to be as my friends on O2 and a friend on tesco we all having same issue with poor data speeds (that's why I tagged both as not sure if it's you if anything can be done your end or O2 who needs to look into this seeing they run the masts/network etc)

@tescomobile I've been without a service since Friday afternoon. Apparently problems with a mast. I've been checking with live status but it doesn't tell me when I can expect to be able to use my phone. I think 3 days to repair the fault is long enough, what's going on?

@tescomobile Liz I have spoke to Charlotte, Abdul, Beverly and I have felt so ignored because no one is listen to the issue at hand! I have tried to make a complaint to management and have been told no managers will be available for over 72 hours it’s ridiculous!

@tescomobile So what happens at the end of the 5 days? When will anyone contact me about this? Exc. me chasing up I've had from you: a survey to see how the customer service was, and a letter saying 'thanks for upgrading with you' - which I haven't because my sim card won't work in soap!
