@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile it’s bad enough being a victim of crime but then to be left without a phone for over a week and fobbed off that the sim will be with me in 3 days no 5 no soon. When someone is made vulnerable how about using next day delivery? Unhappy customer right here!

@tescomobile @NeilNWLondon I have completed fault finding exercises most days, I am sure you can appreciate the frustration of being asked to do the same thing each day with no promising outcome. I am reasonable and hace followed these each time and no one seems to know the cause of the issue.

@tescomobile @Stephanie_Jane_ I have DMd. Only at home do I get this. I am now in my car outside my home and get 4g no problems. Only in rooms at home are there problems.

@tescomobile I bought a £10 10GB sim at your store to check signal where I am, I want to sign up for a sim only contracted online (unlimited data), can that be done to the sim card I just bought or will I have to wait for a new one to be delivered?

@tescomobile @WhichUK Shame they haven't done their homework, at present over the last 3 months the service is very bad here in Mansfield no phone signal, mobile internet dropping out, texts not getting through!!!
