@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

@tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message, welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data, put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable

The vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

@tescomobile After logging a complaint with you back in April after the terrible service I received after my sister passed away - I have had no acknowledgment or final response in over 8 weeks despite chasing. Please respond so I can go to the communications ombudsman.

Just spent an hour on a chat with @tescomobile support explaining the bug they have with their billing system. Got the money back, but agent seamed unable to actually raise the issue internally. Currently can only call my 80yr old mother at 55p minute. @tescomobile fix the bug!!

I am a pay as you go customer @tescomobile and I just don't understand where my credit is going??? If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!

@SBarrettBar @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile I suspect you've already tried but for what it's worth its PAC followed by your birth date eg PAC DDMMYY to 65075. Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.
