Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bruton and nearby locations:

  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  • ClaireInOz Claire Mawdsley (@ClaireInOz) reported from Gillingham, England

@tescomobile Great. He just made it so easy and was so polite and lovely. Really brilliant customer service makes me want to stick with @tescomobile

So glad Lewis looked at deals for a new contract for me cause after the staff at @tescomobile not being bothered about my service I'm glad I'm changing to @EE tomorrow 💃🏾

  • CW33ks Cha3 W33ks (@CW33ks) reported

@tescomobile sort your signal out. Paying for a service I actually can’t use because it’s so slow. #shocking #tescomobile

  • Jinga102NEW Ethan (@Jinga102NEW) reported

@tescomobile Charged £10 for an automatic top-up but I don't have automatic top-ups enabled on my account. Please help.

  • titantulus S Whit (@titantulus) reported

@tescomobile not good customer service. Just in a call arranging a new contract for my mother with you when it hits 18:00 and you kill the call halfway through the call. Will look elsewhere now if that's how you work.

  • niccismum audrey meek (@niccismum) reported

@tescomobile Have done that!! No one can help I need to talk with a manager

  • Jinga102NEW Ethan (@Jinga102NEW) reported

@tescomobile Hi was charged £10 via mipay for a topup transaction I didn't make. Second time this has happened. Please can you help

  • hollieesheridan hollie (@hollieesheridan) reported

Hi @tescomobile I received a letter in the post regarding a new contract, however, I have never set one up with you and am not a customer with yourselves. Is there any way to get in touch with your fraud team? Many Thanks

  • CW33ks Cha3 W33ks (@CW33ks) reported

@tescomobile Not your fault, Laura. But, that doesn’t help me when I’m constantly on the move. A postcode is not gonna help. It’s just a general issue with the signal strength that should be looked into. I should have 5G, but saying 4G, and that’s a struggle. 15 mins to reply to this tweet

@tescomobile Thank you but after just short of ten years with you sorry isn't good enough. Its clear customer loyalty means nothing. I had to get proof of address to upgrade when I came back and said my boyfriend found a better deal through EE your colleague didnt even load my details up..

  • beatrix_plotter Siobhan Lawper (@beatrix_plotter) reported

@felflowne @tescomobile It's shocking how few businesses understand how deed polls work, when people must be using them ALL THE TIME. Remember the hassle I had when I changed my surname. Tesco, this is such a bad look for you.
