    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @tescomobile hi im having problems with my se 2020. My ringtone & tones don’t play. It shows I have incoming call and text on screen but no tones and no vibration ? Only had this phone since may!

    @tescomobile On hold for over half an hour to change my address but needed a replacement sim sent but this couldn’t be done on the “same call” phoned numerous times to get a replacement sim and today 38 minutes on hold for you to cut me off again. I’ve had enough of Tesco mobiles poor service

    @tescomobile Sadly when my tesco phone is saying no service as the mast had been dismantled and you had not made any provisions or checkes to see what conciseness your actions take when all operators use the same mast. a 999 call cant be called when theres zero signals

    @tescomobile I was told that I'll get it back within 5 working days then I got back to customer service just took make sure it was true and they said I'll get it back within 24-hours no one told me about a bill have to wait till the 22nd of September I didn't even generate a bill s

    @tescomobile trying to get data added to my Mums phone as she is in hospital. Over 2 hours spent on the phone and no one can help! Please can you help as she’s cut off from the world without it!

    @tescomobile your service is shocking!! On hold for 38 mins cut off for the goodness knows how many times. No option to call back and if I hear once more that I can do this or that on line I will scream! Zero stars and I certainly don’t recommend Tesco mobile to anyone!
