Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile Hi Chris Phoned customer service & they say there isn’t a problem. This happened on Sunday & they said there was a problem & it came back on in the evening. I can not be without my phone.

@tescomobile Sorry Chris, but this is a very poor response from Tesco. People need to know what will offered regarding roaming,so they can make an informed choice to stay with Tesco or move to another supplier who is offering roaming.

@tescomobile Hi, how long does a temporary number last until I will have my old number transferred to my SIM? I was told today to put the new SIM into my phone once my old SIM said ‘no service’ so that’s what I did, but my temporary number is still on this SIM?

@tescomobile seems like there is some issue with the website. Its not even going to credit check for a new phone and it starts saying “unable to verify details”

@tescomobile it’s now 9 days of not being able to change my safety buffer. Surely it can’t be difficult to get your tech team to “debug” it to find the issue. Come on guys , ombudsman getting copied next .

@tescomobile Great customer service too. Received my email advising that my charges were increasing with effect from April last Wednesday and by the Saturday, I'd locked into a contract at the current price with more data for the next two years... Plus the staff member who helped me was...

@tescomobile Why are you adding charges to my bill for mobile data when it's continually off and I'm logged into my home WiFi!? Only happened since changed my contract last month, previous 5 years never happened before

@tescomobile No signal since Monday, given lies that it's antennas, server changes, when one of you call centre people knackered it whilst I was on the phone to them, but no one wants to admit it, so am just fobbed off.
