  Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  @bt_uk @tescomobile I am disgusted by the way both companies have treated my dad. You let him pay obscene amounts over a decade and not bothered to check the service is right for him BT- £83pm for 17mbps Tesco- £13 for 500mb & 500min ABUSE of the digitally excluded & immoral!

  @cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?

  @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

  @tescomobile hi Tesco, just visited 3 different parts of the UK, can’t get any signal in any of them, showing 4 bars but nothing working or sending, need to talk about termination of contract, I’m on my local health board emergency call out list and can’t rely on you

  @tescomobile is the app down as it’s not loading on mine or my partners phones? I’ve tried deleting and redownloading etc but it’s not working
