Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@stephenflynn123 @tescomobile My husband left O2 and went to Tesco mobile and as soon as his contract is up he is leaving as we didn’t know there would be no WiFi calling I am staying with O2 for that reason we live in the countryside and have no mobile signal so we need WiFi calling

@tescomobile I’m with @3MobilesShop but the app to check my bills is about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Tried phoning customer services to end up on hold for over an hour ( whilst I’ve got a toddler running riot) so gave up. When my contract is up I’ll be switching for sure!

@tescomobile @EE I liked EE and have used their service a long time. But 2020-21 caused my job to close and lose a chunk of my salary. So this increase on my bill is seriously unfair and I'm starting to lose trust of this provider. It doesn't matter if its for your improvements, unfair.

@tescomobile received a call from Eammon from your Upgrades Team. He was great and said I would receive a customer service survey to fill out, but I have not yet received one. Just wanted you to know he was so helpful 👍🏽
