@tescomobile Great. He just made it so easy and was so polite and lovely. Really brilliant customer service makes me want to stick with @tescomobile

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile Easy decision for me. Probably just cancel my direct debit, never buy anything from Tesco again and never buy another @apple Iphone. Businesses today are borderline scamming consumers. How can a less than 2yr old phone be unusable after 8 hours when it's not even used all day?

@tescomobile I'll lodge a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman. You've basically sold me a defective product as the battery should reasonably be expected to still function after less than two years. I'm quite sure you'd be unhappy if you bought a new phone and the battery died so soon.

@tescomobile more dis-jointed (poor) customer service. Phones and prices ok. Integrated customer service. Not ok. New phone last week. This week new offer. Simple just give me the earbuds.....if only.

@tescomobile You share a network that O2 have to invest billions in to upgrade to 5g and maintain. Whilst I share the frustration of the consumer, this is completely biased against an operator having to be accountable for the upgrade and maintenance of a network.

@nimal_patel @tescomobile @EE You get 5 to 30% off of everything as a long standing EE customer. Plus whatever deals they have on at that time.

@tescomobile Too much and not enough to give a better service to those who suffer very low signal and @TelefonicaUK is one of those who won’t do anything about it

@tescomobile my phone signal has been really bad over the past couple weeks barely getting 4g signal? Constantly on 3G or edge my partners on Tesco mobile as well and he has no problems with signal at all? Can you help?

@G_Force_Invests @tescomobile No, of course not! Tesco is well known as the Parasite Network. They ride on the back of the O2 network and run an operation with a few clueless people from their Welwyn Garden City head office . One will be from the bakery, another from the fish counter and one from cosmetics.

@tescomobile @TelefonicaUK It don’t matter who the mobile network provider is in my area as the signal from everyone is near enough dead signals
