Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile We were told that would be yesterday. But we have been told a lot. Like one person said you could change the delivery address and one couldn’t. One person told us to go talk to dpd. we’re told again to ring back this morning. And no told not till February. Great customer service.

@RABCJ @tescomobile Hi, if you DM me I can help ensure everything is okay on the Clubcard side of things and try to give some specific information. Even if the problem is not something I can directly sort, I can hopefully identify what the issue is and who you need to speak to to get it sorted. Lee

@tescomobile please can someone help! Our monthly sim is in a router rather than a phone! To log into our online account we enter the email and password and then a text is sent to the sim with a code meaning we can then log in! As the sim is in a router we can’t see the text! 1/2

@tescomobile Yes... Surely as this is a rural area it shouldn't be that busy! Are you absolutely sure the network is not at fault?
