    @tescomobile Have also tried sim in another iPhone and same message (No Service) so suggests it is either the sim or the service, not the phone that is the issue.

    @tescomobile I applied for a card weeks ago as each time I’ve tried on line, your system says I have one and need to enter random digits from my current card? I don’t and to my knowledge have never had a Tesco card? Someone was meant to get back to me and I’ve heard nothing....

    @tescomobile over the months I’ve been losing phone signal from my home. Currently day 2 with no signal this time around. Who do I contact to raise the issue?

    @tescomobile @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis Thank you. I’m hopeful that they will get it sorted and I won’t have to spend so many evenings calling round and sending emails. These are only 2 of the 8 contracts created in my name. It’s been never ending.

    @tescomobile @O2 Please sort the network bandwidth out in Plymouth and East Cornwall. Full 4G signal and data is completely unusable! #slow #4G #stoneage

    @tescomobile Every time I try to do things it can take a few mins to even load Google. They obviously don't monitor Twitter like you do. Thanks for the help.
