I don’t get any internet or the signal drops out. I am a vulnerable customer so if the hospital can’t get hold of me what am I to do?

Gracie🐦 (@mydogisafreak) reported@tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy
