    @tescomobile Tried paying off the handset but website not working Tried doing it through customer services and they cant do it either Tried in shop and it was shut for an hour only to be told computer says no.

    @tescomobile She did..and has been given another activ number belonging to a man who lives round the corner! She still doesn’t have a solution; no one can explain what has happened.

    Got a call from someone claiming to be from @tescomobile asking me if I wanted to upgrade. They offered me an iPhone 13 Pro Max at a very reasonable price but because it was a cold call from a call centre abroad, I didn’t believe it. @bbcburnsy is this an industry problem now?

    @tescomobile Tried to check if my PAYG top up went through on app. In store receipt says it has, app said my number was wrong (always used the same number). I signed out of the app and tried to access it again and now it says "Sorry, we couldn't connect you to our servers". HELP!

    @tescomobile my mum has been ported someone else’s active number and is being given the run around in store. How do I get this fixed please urgently without it becoming a gdpr issue.

    @tescomobile I topped up with 40£,activated my 20£ rocket pack and received a confirmation text that says so.Still,now it says I have no balance nor an activated pack to make any calls.I must top up with another 20£ to RE-activate a pack that should have been active already!That is 60£!Fix it
