@VinnieLouu @Gremlimuk @tescomobile I work for Tesco Mobile in my area and there's areas where it says full coverage however customers get no signal Your best bet is to either head into your closest store and ask them for a SIM Swap if you have a Full UK drivers licence (or the account holder) or

@petermat9 @tescomobile @WhichUK I have had the same issues with my phone and it’s been 9 days now

  • ItzMorris MORRIS (@ItzMorris) reported

@tescomobile Inputted postcode from central Manchester area, no issues showing. I’ve previously been on VOXI and moved to you for the free roaming. Will be moving to another network if this isn’t sorted. Embarrassing for a city centre to not have network coverage

  • TJKenny_ T (@TJKenny_) reported

@VinnieLouu @Gremlimuk @tescomobile To me it sounds like 1 of 3 things 1 - Could be the phone (I very highly doubt it is but its known to occur 2 - The SIM could've gone faulty, we had a bunch go bad around December time I think 3 - Could literally be a case of taking the SIM out, cleaning it and popping it in

  • GixerboyGraz Graham Davison (@GixerboyGraz) reported

@tescomobile That’s fine thought you ought to know your network is used by scammers
