    @tescomobile Having problems topping up my mobile this morning I got a message saying there is a problem with the system. I've called customer care twice and it should be customer don't care. I was even asked to try to top up later. No money on phone Really disappointed.

    @meloni1961 @tescomobile Not sure there's much they can do, unfortunately. The signal from over the channel is often stronger. Have you tried switching off roaming in your phone?

    @tescomobile Until they take £70 from you and then do everything they can to avoid paying it back. Never a manager available when you phone to sort our a problem. Highway robbers!

    @tescomobile No, I've tried from 2 different numbers and not received anything. But they can receive my messages. Fingers crossed they fix the mast soon then

    @tescomobile you have a very inadequate and incompetent customer care team!. I've had an ongoing issue with my account for three months now and I still can't get someone to contact me!. Why aren't managers available when you ring to resolve issues?

    @PaulCole @tescomobile It's worse on White Cliffs and rarely happens where I am. I now know how to set network manually.
