    @tescomobile You took £95 out of my account when you cancelled my sim only contract BY MISTAKE. I’ve raised a complaint, was told it was urgent and I’d get a call back, over a week later and nothing heard from you! This is behind a joke and I’m struggling to pay other bills ???

    @tescomobile @EE I've spoke to a few other colleagues tonight who have said exactly the same as me and that they can't wait to leave either. It's quite obvious that we're paying for a service that you simply can't provide but still advertise as having 99% coverage

    @tescomobile Value isn't all about money. Tesco is cheaper than EE but Tesco is terrible value because it doesn't work properly for miles round where I live.

    @Apple @AppleSupport @tescomobile As Apple hasn't responded after i posted that my less than two yr old Iphone XS through Tesco has a failing battery already, i want to let you know that i will never buy another Apple product or shop with Tesco. You've lost my business for life.

    @tescomobile I would prefer to pay a little more and be able to make and receive calls. You’re network is down again with no information of when it will be working again. I think I’ll be going back to Vodafone.

    @tescomobile we are trying to top up our granny's data allowance and are going round and round in circles with the robot on the phone unable to talk to a human, please can you help, the app is also not working. 🤯

    @rparko1965 @BuzStringer @tescomobile The problem is the increase is effectively in the phone cost and the data-plan. Buying the phone separate gives RPI increases only on the data-plan part
