    Who would've thought l would fall in love with my new Nokia 2.2, best damn smartphone I've had since my days of the iPhone 5 and the Sony Xperia Z3, even they were great phones too, such a shame l was paying way too much for my contract on both phones @tescomobile @tescomobileire

    @BiLionLeon @tescomobile. One of your phone operators doing the hard sell when trying to cancel the contract. Said to "ignore her husband and make her own decisions". How low can you get.

    @tescomobile I haven't, but it sounds like the policy is pretty firm. Best case now if I do stay with tesco is I'll cancel and just start a new one in my legal name, as that seems like it would be simpler than going through all the effort to change it on my existing account

    @tescomobile having a complete nightmare trying to access my 13yr old sons mobile account. His phone is broken and I want to see if we can upgrade, keeps trying to send a PIN but we can't access it due to his phone being broken.

    @tescomobile Okay so there’s a mast been down & it’s residual fall out from that but we were told that last week ! I’m personally finding it extremely frustrating & inconvenient that we can’t have a simple conversation due to this issue !

    @tescomobile Thank you Rob yes it has disconnected from @VodafoneUK the old handset shows no network. Your support team have told my father they have no mechanism to contact your escalation team. It has been more than 24 hours now. I can DM details of my father's number?

    @tescomobile sincerely hope you’ll be calling me first thing to sort this out. As I explained yesterday, an urgent phone upgrade is required to support software for my daughter’s medical device! Had hoped for a better experience 😔

    @tescomobile any reason why we’re having to call back several times to have a conversation in the DE55 area...not even dropped signal...just fades in & out ! Been happening over a week now & very frustrated with this poor service !!!

    @tescomobile customer service has really gone downhill. Then I remembered they contracted it out to Crapita. That explains it.
