    @tescomobile impossible to get through to speak to anyone. No appropriate options and wound my way through tortuous jolly voices that were no help until I was kicked out. NOT impressed and still have my query.

    @tescomobile I'm incredibly upset with the service I've recieved. All I wanted was an exchange of device colour and now my address was changed and my phone was blocked by the fraud team and im locked into a contract since i cant even return the device due to the address change.Ty

    @tescomobile could you please tell me why you've charged me 5 times my normal bill this month and why after 60 mins on the phone to you TWICE you can't tell me why and i mysteriously get cut off TWICE? You can't call back? would you have called if i didn't pay? #poor #service?

    @tescomobile awful customercare service been ringing this evening for 20 mins you’ve blocked my husbands phone sent a puk code that doesn’t work and charged him for next month ??? Now he has no access to old or new phone Great stuff no contact tonight now

    @tescomobile The number sending unwanted Premium Text is not recognised. So could you please issue a refund? Thank you
