Tesco mobile staff on App simply fob off by saying 'its a software issue' and it's awaiting resolution. Been saying that for 3 months since I first complained

@clairefweir @tescomobile service is a disgrace! Ported my number to Tesco only for the data to not work. Keep being told try again in 24 hours is no good and a kop out now. this is causing my problems keeping in contact when i need it most!

@tescomobile Your MMI code to increase call ring time is still not working after 3 months! My phone goes to voicemail after just 5 seconds and it is SO annoying for clients!

@GrannyGloom @tescomobile Hope you get a quick and satisfactory resolution. On a few occasions I’ve found sending a recorded letter notifying a client that a small claim action will be filed in local court in 7 days gets their attention — Goods/service supplied not fit for purpose and not as described.

@tescomobile wife got a phone 6th dec still no voicemail, text or 4g. Continually fobbed off by a shocking customer care department each time lying and saying it will be sorted in 24hrs. Dont go near Tesco mobile! @tescomobile
