    @tescomobile The phone has never worked since I got it on the 10th and apparently the switch was carried out in the 12th and repeatedly contacting customer service for my wife’s phone as I can’t or receive calls and the same for text messaging, it’s becoming more than a joke now.

    @tescomobile Paying for a monthly service I don’t have and losing jobs and work as this is my only phone and number, go to Tesco they said good company, good monthly prices and good coverage, right now I beg to differ and still nothing from management, poor customer service

    @tescomobile hello. Signed up to Tesco Mobile last week after 15 years with 3. It’s been a terrible decision so far. Number transfer still not complete. Temporary number doesn’t work. No sign of when it will be sorted. Wouldn’t recommend you to an enemy never mind a friend!!

    .@tescomobile **** up my transfer of number no phone for 2 days and now can’t get my number back shocking inept customer service, and managers who won’t take the call. .@OmbudServices .@MartinSLewis. Would not recommend my dead mother to use these

    @tescomobile No you are not sorry, you keep lying to me you will sort it. It’s been over 2 Month & you keep sending these letters. You told me in October your investigation will take 5 days. You never came back with the outcome. I spoke to u again last week you told me the same thing again.

    @DaneMillward @tescomobile Yes, it's the same rubbish they told me and that the service won't be restored until 2 February 2023. I've told them I will be claiming for loss of service and I've got to use my landline for which I get charged by Sky so they'll be covering that too.
