    @tescomobile my partner has β€œused” all her monthly data in a week. It’s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?

    @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code I’ve been informed I’ll be charged Β£220 to terminate the contract!!

    Whats going @tescomobile over a week now for a simple PAC and Port over from our old network! we are still having to go use 2 phones. That’s 4 phones we have had to carry this whole holiday weekend. If not sorted we will be using our 14 day period to cancel 3 contracts!

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.
