    Appalling customer service @tescomobile. I persuaded my 78 year old mother to get a monthly contract with Tesco Mobile in Dec 2022. Still not working fully ! Get cut off , no call backs , spent 8 hours inc 2 shop visits trying to resolve - Exasperated!!

    So @tescomobile it's got to the point where I have to manually top up my account then use the app to buy a bundle. It was so much easier when it was deducted automatically from my bank, before Mi-Pay Ltd screwed it up. 4 years without a problem, now it's time to leave.

    @tescomobile Hi, I keep getting an error when trying to top up on the app for a week straight now. Not an issue with my card or funds, can i get some help

    Just spent an hour and a half on the phone to @tescomobile for an hour and 20 minutes for a serious issue just to get palmed off and told there's nothing they can do!! You treat people like they're nothing. It's disgusting.

    @tescomobile hello, I am having issues activating iMessage, I get one error saying activation unsuccessful, turn on iMessage to try again, then a pop-up that says an error occurred during activation. Can you please check the account and see if SMS messages can be sent?

    @tescomobile As soon as my contract is up I will be going elsewhere. I have had more issues with Tesco Movile in a few months than I ever had with over 20 years of owning a mobile phone. The #poorcustomerservice is just the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned. Poor coverage also.

    @tescomobile Your app has not been unusable for days. It keeps crashing. I have been unable to add data. As a result I cannot use my phone on this long holiday weekend. It seems that every time I need to top up my data your app suspiciously doesn't work.
