    @tescomobile seriously Tesco sort out the network coverage!!!!! This is THE WORST my network has ever been!!! Can’t hear each other on calls, lines keep dropping and sometimes it doesn’t even connect!!! Absolute joke 😤

    @O2 @tescomobile hello, thank you for fixing the phone masts in my home area after I reported to you on the lower than expected signal strength, had a message today confirming that it was fixed. Now I almost get full signal.

    @tescomobile So this gets better. @tescomobile know of existing problems with SIM cards that can’t show CALLER ID/no voicemail, can’t fix it and continue to sell contracts. Weeks for them to admit, still no fix. Forced to cancel contract now charged c£800 cancellation fee. Surely a joke?

    Hi Clair @clairefweir , I tried my best to resolve the service issue with @tescomobile cs, but every time I contact I have been given 24 hours to resolve the issue. Now I have 5x24 hrs promises, and I am out of service. Do you know how I can fix this? I need OTP for everything.

    @tescomobile who haven’t solved the issue. I have now been without an actual number unable to call or text anyone for 3 whole weeks as you have now cut off my number! What are you going to do about this? I have gone through your complaints system and had no response (part 2)

    @tescomobile erm can you advise? I’ve not been able to receive calls on my phone for several weeks, though I can make them. Today I called my voicemail and it’s telling me that “as a new customer” I have to set my voicemail pin - I’ve been using you for years!

    @tescomobile Call Tesco. Now escalated to Complaint Mngmnt who respond in 7-days. Meanwhile no means of comms whatsoever and Tesco Cust Adviser unable to assist or give no. for someone who can. Unbelievably Complaint Mngmnt called 14/2 but unable to get thru’. That’s because phone not working

    HUGE shout out to Matej, of @tescomobile 's customer services. Thanks to his help, patience, and ability to actually pay attention to what I was saying, I am no longer losing the will to live... (A problem going back to December is finally sorted!)

    @tescomobile, what a pathetic service/network you have. Last 4/5 days I have had no data, no voice calls, and no text messages. I did a big mistake joining you and leaving @ThreeUK . I cannot use my phone for any OTP purpose.
