So @tescomobile - I can't get through to your Live Chat because there's no-one there, your operators (when they bother to answer) cut me off and nobody answers on WeFix. So, how am I supposed to get my @tescomobile phone fixed? Anyone there help?

@iromg So @tescomobile say if I call them tomorrow they'll give me the number of phone thats gone missing So I can call it and find it tonight They said if their bosses trusted internet advisors to same level as landline ones itd be reasy to help me

@tescomobile Both Iv just looked on the checker it says it’s fine but it ain’t as Tesco’s runs on o2 and o2 is down massivly surely Tesco’s would know this information right ? any idea how long this will be cause it’s been 2 days now

@tescomobile The network says my account has been closed, I've turned the old phone with the old sim off but my texts are still coming from a different number, but when I call someone it comes from my old number which I want to keep
