    @tescomobile @danbrusca Liz, after being told by customer services I could leave Tesco w/o penalty due to issues that TESCO ACCEPTS ARE THEIR FAULT, I now have an early termination fee of almost £300! This despite being told I will owe nothing. No help again on phone today. WHO IS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS?

    @tescomobile have to say you have fantastic customer service. Messaged one staff member early this morning and then chatted to two more. They helped save my daughter’s birthday as I’d clicked on the wrong colour phone for her upgrade and didn’t realise until it came yesterday 😬

    @tescomobile Hi it wasn’t a general service issue. It was due to an event going on the the area, the air tattoo, there is normally extra support put on but this year there wasn’t.

    @tescomobile very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?

    Well after many many yrs with @EE since they were one2one its time to leave the network and join @tescomobile. In times of the Cost of Living crisis you got to go with the cheaper provider who can offer the same phone and sim equivalent. Loving my @SamsungMobile S22 Ultra :)

    @tescomobile Hello this is the 4th day I’ve had no data on my phone, the status checker still says that there is a problem with a mast (Beckenham/Croydon area) please can you tell me when it will be back?

    @tescomobile wondering if you can help Im in Kos, Greece and my phone says welcome to Turkey and has charged me £4.02 for being there on roaming charges wonder if there’s anything you can do

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Bet it wasn’t by anybody with no mobile data for the last month! Ongoing issue with PAC codes. Still billed me though, so no skin off @tescomobile nose eh?

    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @tescomobile your customer care is non-existent. No proper data since I moved over to you about 2 months ago, no resolution, no callbacks when promised. Pathetic
