@tescomobile Nah , tesco set a ridiculous high limit on my data allowance while abroad, I wasn’t aware because normally with other providers it’s very low and you get a flag if you go over it , feeling conned and let down

@tescomobile Paying for a monthly service I don’t have and losing jobs and work as this is my only phone and number, go to Tesco they said good company, good monthly prices and good coverage, right now I beg to differ and still nothing from management, poor customer service

@tescomobile My signal has been terrible for the last couple of months and now I can’t make or receive calls in my house. Where to I go to get it looked at? Don’t really want to change provider as been with you for years but needs must!

@tescomobile I hope finding you won’t be the needle in a haystack I experienced. I had sleepless night of worry, Probably exaggerated by my trauma of grief. this was the final straw for me. Anyway I am pleased to have a service restored.

If you're thinking of joining @tescomobile from another network, don't bother. They agree to non-negotiable terms when trying to sell you a contract and then keep throwing the same excuse at you over and over again when they can't deliver. Beyond disappointed. #tescofail

@tescomobile The phone has never worked since I got it on the 10th and apparently the switch was carried out in the 12th and repeatedly contacting customer service for my wife’s phone as I can’t or receive calls and the same for text messaging, it’s becoming more than a joke now.

@Ofcom I wonder if you can help? TescoMobile have cut me off. My husband died recently of a brain tumour. The account was in his name though I maintained the account for the last 20years. They haven’t transferred to another service or sent a sim. I am already upset as it is.
