@tescomobile Nah , tesco set a ridiculous high limit on my data allowance while abroad, I wasn’t aware because normally with other providers it’s very low and you get a flag if you go over it , feeling conned and let down

@tescomobile It has always been the case. You’ve had a few complaints off me. Basically your waving the white flag here in SWales. Your engineers know this so you really could sort the pricing out. I shouldn’t be paying the same as someone getting full signal.

@tescomobile having a complete nightmare trying to access my 13yr old sons mobile account. His phone is broken and I want to see if we can upgrade, keeps trying to send a PIN but we can't access it due to his phone being broken.

@tescomobile Hi, I just tried to use an old Tesco SIM card because it is the number I have registered for a password reset. Unfortunately it will not connect to the network and when I try to call it, it says the number has not been recognised. Is there anything I can do?

@tescomobile after 4months of problems getting a new phone off virgin mobile and finally it being cancelled i go tesco tonight and get myself a new iphone to get home and realise you dont even get a plug in the box 😭😭😭
