Richard Shears (@ohanyname) reported@tescomobile Yes, I put it into a phone to activate the account, entered the PIN number into the 'my account' page, took the sim out of the phone and put it into the Wi-Fi hotspot. It works ok with the EE card for the account I'm quitting, and shows 5 bars of 4G signal, but no internet access

Some Guy called Andrew (@darklighthim1) reported@tescomobile I have a 6 month old TCL 10 Pro with a sim plan, but the phone has been having software issues for a while. I contacted TCL who advised I send the phone back to them but this would have left me without a phone so I declined for now. Is there anything you can do?
