@tescomobile Truly awful customer service. Been on webchat since Thurs as my old number hasn't come over to my new SIM. No one can phone or text me. Every time I do webchat I'm told it'll be fixed in 24 hours, that was 4 days ago. So so stressed right now. Phone line's down too.

@tescomobile Provided details to your staff repeatedly over four months. Your only solution is to providea snail mail address (a step forward admittedly) & tell me can’t cancel til I copy &post a huge chunk of pages and the. Wait for you to register/meanwhile taking more of mums money. @Tesco

@GeorgeMonbiot having same issues with @tescomobile months of trying to cancel phone unless by my dying (of brain tumour) mother. Had to threaten to tweet just to get snail mail address to send POA to! They refuse to use the fast gov system to check so will collect more money before resolved

@izzyjo @bfcmichael @tescomobile Same for my 79 yo mum. Bought an unlocked iPhone, first sim had no service, obtained 2nd sim on Saturday which worked in phone, requested a SIM number swap to her old number and have had no service since Saturday. Nothing we do works and Tesco customer service no help at all.

@tescomobile No, it feels good when profits go down. A sure fire indicator that pricing reflects costs. It suggests your suppliers and customers are getting a fair deal. Capitalism hates this post.
