@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

@memike72 @tescomobile @O2 Swap the number from old sim to new sim. Call into a TM shop and text SWAP to 23424 from old sim. Then reply with new sim serial number.When you lose signal pop new one xx

@Jon_Truscott @nonee3 @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve didn’t hours on the phone trying to suet it. It’s not acceptable demand compensation or leave they are useless

@O2 @tescomobile networks currently non-operational and has been all day. What is going on? @Ofcom. All I get is a 3G signal which doesn't work.😡

@tescomobile Utter crap, this was NOT a customer care issue it was a serious security issue. It should be possible to report a lost or stolen phone easily at ANY TIME.

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine off my new phone.
