    @tescomobile Appalling service.More than two weeks after ordering a new sim card for my sons lost phone and all I get are lies and excuses. The can't access the system they can't order a replacement, the sim was ordered, the sim wasn't ordered, new sim lost in transit...

    @tescomobile your customer support is atrocious. simple upgrade fails to provision for 2 months now. In frustration I got a PAC code yesterday but even that did not work. Tescomobile you can check out but you can never leave.

    @clairefweir have you got any real life managers @tescomobile? getting no where with customer services, been in a dispute for 7 weeks, still no further forward, do I need to go to the ombudsman? its a disgusting service!

    Well @tescomobile after all the phone calls I pulled the plug on a deal for the wife. Customer Service was absolutely poor and didn’t understand the issue at hand so being unable to confirm the order went back to @EE and got a decent deal. Thank you and goodbye

    @tescomobile what's going on with your mobile internet network today ? Had no internet on mobile phone all day, though texts work fine. Tried checking out my account on your site and I get to the point of you sending verification text or email , and neither come through.
