@tescomobile I did question it but was told it would still be applied. All very well to offer to cancel it but Black Friday deals have finished now and it was my daughters birthday present. Shall I just take it back off her? 💩 service all round. I’ve been a loyal mobile customer for years

My god, has anyone tried to upgrade from PAYG to a contract with @tescomobile? My wife has been trying to sort this out for her elderly father and it’s descended into an absolute farce. Help! #Tesco #tescomobile

@tescomobile Oh really??? I bought a “Clubcard” deal iPhone 12 on Black Friday but the sales man made a mistake and didn’t apply my Clubcard so I never got the deal. Fast forward and I’m billed for the full price and after a lot of “I’m sorry’s”, there’s nothing we can do now but cancel

@tescomobile after delivering our new phone to the wrong address, pretending to investigate, police proving it was returned to you, you still refuse to replace the phone and bill us for one we never received, Great customer service!!

@tescomobile Actually, just to clarify on this: I can see on my device how to do a manual network selection, but would texts & calls on another network incur additional charges? (Can't see a way to switch to 2G or 3G only - my options appear limited to 4G as baseline with 5G 'on' or 'auto'.)

@tescomobile Yeah after looking into it, I don’t think you can force 3G on iPhone 12 - they might support it in the background but you can’t limit them to it exclusively. Pretty sure they don’t even support 2G any more.

@tescomobile definition of fraud wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. So I a customer who paid you to provide a product and a service am a possible fraudster. Whilst you hold on to my money and don't provide the goods or services.
