    @tescomobile seems to be trying to defraud its potential customers as well as piss them off. Perhaps speaking to a manager shouldn't be such an ordeal? Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.

    @tescomobile my data (service) hasn’t worked all day today and i’m worried it won’t work permanently , any idea why? it’s not because of where I am, i’m at home, and it normally works.

    @tescomobile I have tried three times to get a contract with you and all three times I get the same message that you can't verify my identity. I have spoken to my bank and they have confirmed it isn't from the bank. Could you please help as too why I can't get a contract. Thanks

    @tescomobile after being a customer for well over 10 years, and having had a faulty phone for 6 months, and being told on the previous 2 days someone will call me within 24 hours, I am utterly disgusted with one of your customer "care" team,shouted, rude, and worse, bye 4ever
