    @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

    @tescomobile we are in Spain for 3 months, my wife's esim has gone wrong but you cannot email it and have to post it so she's now having to go 3 months without being able to use her phone We live in a word where ECO is rammed down you throat yet you post a digital QR code 🤬

    Screw @tescomobile I Topped up my Pay as you go Phone a week ago, it says I have no Funds for some reason so my bundle didn't carry on, I tried topping up and everytime a error, then when I ring it automatically goes to a DUMB AI saying "Sorry can't help you with this"

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

    @JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.
