    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?

    @tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.
