Writer Tom May (@tom_may) reportedImportant message. DO NOT buy a phone through a @TescoMobile contract. Despite what they claim, it is impossible to switch carriers at a later date. I have been without service since 4 Sep, with no end in sight. This has been the worst customer service I've ever received. Pls RT.

Being told SINCE Sunday 'all be working after 24hours'-nothing! That's dedicated customer care tesco!! Complaint made. Unacceptable
