@tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

@tescomobile I have no WiFi at the moment and have spent a fortune on extra bundles only to find I’m getting a 3G service at home which is nothing short of useless. It’s basically drained every penny I’ve added and I’ve received no service! 😡

@tescomobile Tried that. Twice. They cancelled my order. Did it again and it keeps saying the card details don’t match when they do! This was the best deal with cashback and i’m now forced to find another provider, so you’ve lost a customer because your system is flawed!

Shocking service from @tescomobile missold, then told I can't raise a complaint over the phone or if she does raise one I have to call back for the outcome but regardless won't get a refund for the extra charges! Joke email sent to the CEO hopefully that will get a valid reply!

@O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?
