@tescomobile I have no WiFi at the moment and have spent a fortune on extra bundles only to find I’m getting a 3G service at home which is nothing short of useless. It’s basically drained every penny I’ve added and I’ve received no service! 😡

@tescomobile no service since Wednesday last week. Was told it would be back Saturday PM. Still no service and just been told it won’t be back until Thursday PM and “nothing I can do about it, ring back Friday” Great. Impact banking and business. Very poor service 😡😡😡 CA124AT

@tescomobile Excellent, will try that when I can. Am I right in thinking if it works fine in a different phone it’s my handset that’s at fault? And if it still doesn’t work it’s a network error somehow? Thanks for the info.

So no internet access when I try to use my mobile data with @tescomobile but got internet access when I’m connected to my Wi-Fi so has to be a Tesco issue again.

@tescomobile my mum ordered a new phone from you on 26th august and she still has no service on it. Called customer service three times, been back to the shop twice and now mailed numerous times but it still has not been resolved. Please help.

@tescomobile So I’ve tried in a different phone and no different.. I’ve also spoken with friends and colleagues on tesco 02 and it seems the network is just bad.. looks like I’ll be going back to EE .. I had almost full 5G coverage and never a problem. To be using a phone now on 3G is poor.

@tescomobile seriously not impressed got an email stating my new phone that cant be in stores. Has been dispatched. Dpd don't recognise Ref? spoke to honestly the most arrogant person I have ever met in customer services stating we know its a problem #Rude #Badservice
