@tescomobile I have no WiFi at the moment and have spent a fortune on extra bundles only to find I’m getting a 3G service at home which is nothing short of useless. It’s basically drained every penny I’ve added and I’ve received no service! 😡

@tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

@tescomobile @TrussellTrust Try going 4 days and counting in the CF38 2QA area. O2 mast down, and Tesco mobile users have no network. The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday 22nd March as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

@tescomobile Your customer service is appalling. There's no route to speak to a person of authority. Going onto one month without our telephone number being ported over. I need a deadlock letter ASAP! I want to take this up with the Obudsman. It's the WORST service ever!

@tescomobile Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. In the meantime, you might have some trouble with your calls, text & data. We’ll update you by Wed 22nd February 2023.😡

@tescomobile I have no service. 3 other family members are fine. I was fine until I woken this morning. I have travelled 7 miles and no service all the way. I can't use my Tesco app because it needs to send me a code via text. Basically my phone is just a mobile music player atm

@tescomobile my nephew is having serious issues with his phone connection for over 7 months now. He's getting no where with customer services. They keep ending the call when he asks to speak to a manager regarding this. Is this the way you treat all customers??
