@tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

@tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

@tescomobile I have no WiFi at the moment and have spent a fortune on extra bundles only to find I’m getting a 3G service at home which is nothing short of useless. It’s basically drained every penny I’ve added and I’ve received no service! 😡

Love how @tescomobile seem to be punish victims of fraud. @tescomobile who do I need to speak to in order to get help?! He is a victim of fraud and no one is helping resolve it. He is now being threatened with bailiffs on accounts he did not open yet still required to pay for!!!

@tescomobile complete joke! Trying to double charge us for my wife's bill. We rang up with proof from our bank saying you have the money and you still insist we never paid/that you will restrict our service. Just lost two customers who have been with you for years!
