    @tescomobile WHY is it impossible to get through to an advisor to find out why there is no 4G coverage with my new phone? I have done all the recommended checks. Rang 4 times and left hanging, shocking service!

    @tescomobile Tried TWICE to get in touch regarding my new Sony phone, gave up ! I transferred my SIM card, same size so no problem but my mobile data has gone from a fast 4G to a very slow H+ while in the house. I have tried reinstalling, restarting etc to no avail!

    @tescomobile Thanks. Even though I had to ask for £10 on the phone top up line. Customer care did alter my package from £10 to a £5 bundle, so I appreciate that! I just wasn't able to change it myself due to the system being down yesterday.

    @tescomobile very poor even the clubcard price far more expensive it's a shame I had 7 phones with Tesco now 3 and as they dont offer any insensitive to stay soon 2 pretty poor considering how well and competitive they started out

    @tescomobile I didn’t go on Facebook yesterday I was google searching on my mobile data & according to Down Dectotor 02,Sky Mobile& Tesco Mobile all had issues yesterday at 5.00pm with mobile data from 5.00pm it works now as I try it this morning

    @tescomobile got a new SIM yesterday, lost phone this morning, put new sim in and have lost all service on new sim, restarted phone and no luck. Any ideas please?

    @tescomobile bought new sim yest. Lost signal this morning so put new sim in, and have just lost signal on tesco sim, restarted and no change. Any ideas pls?
