@mrsverypicky @tescomobile Our signal may be poor here but their customer service has always been brilliant. Prices due to go up next month but our Sim only is currently £12 a month for both of us, we can't grumble, plus points too.

@tescomobile I’m still having massive issues with connection and signal it keeps dropping the 4g to simple e and this is causing issues. I loved from ee to Tesco and this is now becoming a real frustration

Hi @tescomobile! Quick question - recently every time I’ve sent a text I receive a notification saying that my text was unable to be delivered even though the recipient does actually receive the text. Is this a network issue or an issue with my phone? Thank you!!

The saga continues @tescomobile . 11th day since you said you would transfer my number. Still hasn’t happened, still not receiving any calls or messages. No-one can tell me when or even if you will solve this. Unbelievably poor customer experience.

@tescomobile can you please fix all the accordions and tabs on your website, they’ve been broken for days, can’t open any drop-down information. As a new customer constantly being sent by advisors to the site, this is bad. Thanks.
