@tescomobile They don't necessarily take the price down, when contracts finished.

  • I_Love_Cats2014 DustyMoth (@I_Love_Cats2014) reported

@StompWompin @tescomobile That could go to food, or rent. I have never seen a phone bill like that.😬

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

@tescomobile No it’s not just in one area, I’m a coach driver that travels the country and the service is very very hit and miss. Lucky to get 3G let alone 4G. I now have a package with Virgin and have had to go with 02. The service I got with Virgin was first class, what a mistake.

@StompWompin @tescomobile My grandson ran up a bill of just over £800 the bill arrived Christmas eve ! Frost was the nature if the Christmas lunch Virginia would not budge, they said when asked about whether it had rung up alarms "yes but we know you will pay it, you won't want bad credit ratings" turds

  • aintSeenNothin Mr Beige skinned & Majestic (@aintSeenNothin) reported

@tescomobile Yeah was gonna switch over on Monday to the iPhone 13 pro max and after going through credit checks and signing up AND recieving confirmation email. They couldn't process my order die to computer issue on their side so now I have to wait til stock is back. Awful

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

@tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.

  • gringolito andy, friend of lorenzo saint Dubois. (@gringolito) reported

@PeterHexpat @StompWompin @tescomobile Virginia would never budge, but it didn't stop me trying!

  • StompWompin KD 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@StompWompin) reported

@gringolito @tescomobile Good grief! Almost a £1k! Damn that’s a lot of money. Oh I bet it was. I’m not angry at the poor lad, not his fault. Came as a shock for one month like, can’t lie about that. 🥴

  • _alexbax_ Alexander Bax🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@_alexbax_) reported

Hi @tescomobile I've been trying to upgrade my contract for the past hour on your app, and it consistently says the payment is unsuccessful. My details are correct and I have the funds. Any help would be appreciated

  • grantst1967 Steve Grant (@grantst1967) reported

@tescomobile Thanks Liz but I realise this. My point is why has it been made difficult for the customer when a broken phone amounts to a broken contract? Surely the onus should be on @tescomobile to fix this and limit the break in the contract?
