@tescomobile I have a I phone 11 which is completely dead and no use, I have had it 3 months. I took it back as I have a serious illness and need a phone for emergencies, took my phone back to Tesco and explained and said tough we can’t help. Appalling service

@ettieeden @tescomobile Fortunately we've found that our supporters don't donate according to the colour of someone's skin but because they are facing homelessness and need support and shelter.

  • CCBREES caitlyn (@CCBREES) reported

I wish @tescomobile would let me off my early upgrade fee of £70 😢 I’m a loyal customer after all 😭

@jalinvic @tescomobile Hi Jane - Finding places to charge phones is not always easy for people who are rough sleeping although often they find people willing to help them. However only 7% of homelessness people are street living, the remainder are in hostels or B&Bs where they do have access to power.

@ettieeden @tescomobile @crisis_uk You seem to have an issue where you are sick of seeing the plights of black community being highlighted. Please explain the point i missed

  • swiftdasher Steven 'Dasher' (@swiftdasher) reported

@tescomobile @crisis_uk iMO this money will not go to homeless people, it will go to pay the exorbitant London salaries of "charity" staff first and foremost. After which they will pay their advertising bills and website costs. Actual homeless people will be well down their list of priorities.

@aburp @tescomobile @crisis_uk Crisis have you not gone out side, we at war with big Tec, big companies in general, because they are participating in the torture of public citizen's, trying to pull on people's heartstrings, when we know what the problem is and I am not their slave, #ScumGovernment
