    @tescomobile I note the link says you don't have to do anything re settings on your phone but mu daughters phone is only allowing text and phone data is not working.

    @tescomobile SEAN despite all the rhetoric from customer services it is almost midday and not even an email to say when DPD will collect my phone. Two mornings wasted. So disappointed. See what you can do mate. Please.

    @tescomobile I’m contract, but my safety buffer stops me calling any 08 numbers. At work my fire alarm testing system is an 08 number and my phone denied me the call today. Can you help?

    @tescomobile I have sent DM 45 mins ago and surprise guess what- NO RESPONSE . How do@you@get a company to simply investigate a complaint ???

    @clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

    @tescomobile I’ve managed to get her on Wi-Fi quickly but am not sure she’ll be able to fix it by herself. I don’t want her to mess up the settings so that it doesn’t work in the uk!

    @tescomobile raised a complaint through chat where.mamager advised I would be contacted within 48 hours. No response. Tesco mobile have added a loan to my credit file when my contract shows as telecom separately. This is affecting credit file not.
