@tescomobile @StanAHill He's not the only one feeling this way. Please check the nenthead noticeboard on facebook, there are multiple threads of loads of people having the same issue. We have reported pretty much every day, and seem to be getting fobbed off too.

@tescomobile Hi there, I moved house recently and at my new address my signal is stuck at the lowest level, I cannot make phone calls or receive them without getting disconnected after a a few seconds. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you.

Come on @tescomobile when is our service in Alston/Nenthead in Cumbria going to be sorted out? No service at all since last Sunday night. No information is forthcoming. It’s really not good enough in such an isolated area.
