    @tescomobile awful service, upgraded and phone arrives damaged and then when I try to get it sorted I’m passed from pillow to post and nobody is willing to sort it , will be cancelling the upgrade and looking elsewhere

    @tescomobile Hi Maria, no it hasn't been resolved.. i still can't login or go through the password reset process as it just keeps saying 'Your account has been locked. Please call and we'll be happy to help.' I've tried clearing cookies and cache on both Chrome and Firefox and still nothing!

    @tescomobile Hi yes it is...we didn't want to turn that service off but a factory reset fixed the problem so now texts and chat are coming through from the right phone no. Thanks for your help.

    @tescomobile How can I speak to a human being pls? My son needs more data but as he is not a/c holder he can't do it. App, auto phone system and website are not recognising me as a/c holder. Help!
