Rachel Trezise (@RachelTols) reported@clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

Claire (@clairabellejp) reported@tescomobile I’ve managed to get her on Wi-Fi quickly but am not sure she’ll be able to fix it by herself. I don’t want her to mess up the settings so that it doesn’t work in the uk!

Ferzana Rana (@ferzana_rana) reported@tescomobile raised a complaint through chat where.mamager advised I would be contacted within 48 hours. No response. Tesco mobile have added a loan to my credit file when my contract shows as telecom separately. This is affecting credit file not.
