    @conor_pope I have been very pleasantly surprised by the service @tescomobile Both in person and online Courteous, helpful and generous with their time Lousy service is encultured in a lot of mobile phone and internet providers. For me, this was the exception that proved the rule

    @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews I have always used Tesco mobile, and I've been rewarded for my loyalty with a faulty phone and no offer of help online. The Bridgend store told me that I should be offered a replacement. Lady from the Tesco mobile online however would not help (2/2)

    @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews my mother has been very upset with her customer service using the online Tesco mobile. She’s been sent a faulty phone. Had it confirmed as faulty in store. Unable to do anything in store as bought online. Online are not being helpful. Any help? 1/2

    @tescomobile Haven’t had any network for over a week and told ‘we WILL charge you for it anyway.’ Shocking customer service. AVOID @tescomobile like the plague
