@tescomobile Very disappointed that due to me changing address I can't get the deal I want before it expires! No warning of this when changing details. Should be warning it takes 72hrs! Customer service no help! Would have been renewing 3 contracts! Beware!

Dear @tescomobile You've made a bit of a mess of porting my Mum's phone number over and have left her with no incoming calls or texts for nearly a week. I'm sure the "back office" is dealing with it but you've offered NO solution and a manager WONT talk to me! Please advise

@tescomobile your data service the last few days in Stourbridge/brierley hill area has been abysmal. Seems there’s a few people around here saying the same thing. Ya might wanna look into that…
