@tescomobile how can your company turn a web order for a sim only contract for an expiring contract into a mess where I want to move all my families mobile devices to another provider? Awful customer service!

@tescomobile hey! Please help. I don't think my phone works correctly. I get literally no internet signal most places I go and when I get a phone call, the other person, no matter where or who it is can't hear me, the signal is terrible.

@tescomobile I have a phone locked to your network, trying to unlock it. I requested codes but none work, and I can't get through on the phone since I don't have a Tesco mobile number. Please advise.

@tescomobile I can make calls just fine but 4455 cuts off after exactly 5 minutes now. This never used to happen. By the time I go through the push 1 2 and soneone answers I have about 60 seconds to go through security, say why I'm calling and get an answer. 5 times now this has happened.

@tescomobile Why am I being automatically cut off when speaking to customer service 4455 after 5 minutes? It takes that long to hold and I'm speaking to the person that answers go through security and 5 minutes is up and I'm cut off. This isn't good.

@tescomobile Or, the more likely reason being my minutes and data contract is over but I’m still paying my device. Such a coincidence it’s only since my contract went to rolling monthly. Yet I still can’t change to another network even though my minutes contract is finished?

@tescomobile Ok I'll DM but I'd also like to know why 4455 cuts off after exactly 5 minutes now. It's nothing to do with signal, it happens every time at precisely 5 minutes.

@tescomobile Is that a legal requirement or Tesco? We will have to go back to store which is frustrating as half the time there is no one there and also there is no WiFi or phone reception. How long do I have to cancel the agreement from when it was taken out?

@tescomobile just give me my money back and I'll never darken your door again! And hopefully the lovely Twitter users will give you the biggest wide berth ever! #ripoffmerchants
