    @tescomobile hi can you please help. I got my Samsung s20+ 5g in January and since then, every time I leave the house, I get zero signal for online use. Can you please help because this is beyond a joke.

    If you want a decent mobile service AVOID @tescomobile they are without doubt. The WORST mobile network I've ever had to misfortune to deal with. Rip offs of the highest order. I'm paying off my balance now then changing my network thank god.

    @tescomobile Unbelievably dreadful service. Wish I never changed to Tesco. My sons and now my wife's mobiles are with you. Just recently changed my wife's sim from ee to tesco. Wish I hadn't. If there was a negative star rating I would give it. My wife's new sim doesn't work!!!

    @tescomobile Mum says she called when Dad died but couldn't get through.She made a reasonable attempt to cancel his contract on a product which he'd never used.

    @tescomobile I have checked. It's just says its busy in this area. HU17 8SH. But that's nothing new. Its useless signal here. Have to go outside if I need to make a phone call. Whatever the weather. You probably won't get this text. Lots of my texts, tweets, etc just vanish-failed to send.

    @tescomobile The signal reception on tesco mobile is terrible. Can take over and hour for a text to go through! Raise your game tesco!

    So have been trying to get hold of @tescomobile for the last hour want to switch to @virginmedia for my mobile phone going round in circles if I don't hear from you soon will cancel with my bank
