@tescomobile After 10 years of loyalty (how stupid was I?) I be come to the conclusion you no longer need or want my custom. From paying for one-off data bundles and having to wait hours for them to be available to being lied to the last time I renewed

@tescomobile Shows no problem s yet my phone on 1 bar for signal as has been for last 4 months. That is with a new sim and going al the troubleshooting possible.

@tescomobile after being a customer for well over 10 years, and having had a faulty phone for 6 months, and being told on the previous 2 days someone will call me within 24 hours, I am utterly disgusted with one of your customer "care" team,shouted, rude, and worse, bye 4ever

@tescomobile Thank you! I tried to tell both people on chat this. Requested 29th and still not here and no phone for two days now. I don’t have my sim yet and NEED it to come tomorrow. I’ve been charged for these two days with no service though

@tescomobile And then being told by a Tesco Mobile manager that my complaint would not be investigated because I had been lied to face to face and not over the phone. Tesco Mobile’s slogan should be “Very Little Helps”!
