Nearly 1 month now since my phone was stolen and I asked @tescomobile, as a pay monthly customer for years, for my number back. A simple request you would think. Don’t ever ever take out a contract with Tesco Mobile.

@AidyHenn @tescomobile Yep they charge the “loyal” customers loads to pay for the “new” customer offers so are basically funding the good deals we can’t even benefit from big of a joke hey!

@tescomobile currently engaged in online chat with an advisor who is trying to tell me that there are no Clubcard points due to me, despite my having the screenshots I took when I selected my sim deal with £40/4000 points…what kind of customer service is this???
