    what a bad service from @tescomobile .want to charge my elderly dad £36 for a replacement sim card. On hold then call terminated . Never use this company

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

    Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please don’t use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!

    @tescomobile Just went Apple Store today and picked up a new IPhone 17 pro max, no fuss, no issues, straight forward. Non in stock at Tesco’s in multiple postcodes checked online lol.
