    @tescomobile What's going on with your network? For the past 7-10 days my data/4g has been awful. Usually runs at h or h+ . What the hell am I paying for???

    @tescomobile my phones saying it has no service & I can’t do anything. I’ve tried resetting it & taking out my SIM but nothing. Ive been at home and work where I always have service and I’m getting absolutely nothing.

    @tescomobile I'm aware that the repair could be chargeable depending on the issue but this was not the charge to repair it, it was to assess what is wrong with it.

    @tescomobile hi once i have paid off my usage contract for my phone this year, would i then only be paying the credit agreement (ends next year) - if this is the case would my bill go down ?
