    @tescomobile I went out of my way last night after work, there was a problem with my phone and I needed help. I went at 6pm as the website said it closed at 7pm only to find it closed. Lady on customer service said staff were absent due to covid. No. It's an excuse for bad service.

    @tescomobile My number is coming up as ‘you have dialled an incorrect number’ and when I called customer service they says it happening to a number of customers and is down to a service update. It’s now been 36hrs. What is being done to fix this?

    @tescomobile I still have no phone service after pac code sent 4weeks ago. No help from you & left in the dark & useless customer service! Rude response from fb messaging team.

    @laurenngoodall @tescomobile No progress at all it's now two weeks. Had another promise of a call back today which of course didn't come. Wish they'd just be honest and tell us what's going on. In store they are trying to be helpful but it's an issue for the tech team to sort out.

    @tescomobile This is after completing the Barclaycard SMS-based 2FA authorisation. I suspect the CSP failure is relevant (there are also other CSP problems on the site with fonts, but I don't think they're relevant)

    Not a great experience from @tescomobile . Recently upgraded to a new SIM contract for my son. Since the upgrade, he cannot make outgoing calls. Serious welfare issue & have been waiting over 4 weeks for support, no urgency or updates. Not sure if this has affected others FYI.

    @tescomobile As advised multiple times by your staff I'll get a call within 24 hours, no wait 48 hours, no hang on 5 working days, this time is now over, when was I last late paying? Never! I'm taking this to ombudsman tomorrow, waiting longer is simply not feasible, you aren't going to phone
