    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.

    @tescomobile Is says there’s no issues but signal is crap. Even when I go into your tesco stores to shop i have to connect to wifi otherwise i have no reception

    @tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. I’ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know it’s not an area issue

    @tescomobile my signal is down AGAIN and I keep missing important medical calls/texts. I have a telephone appointment tomorrow I’m worried I’m going to miss it. Can you please find out when it’s going to be fixed?
