  @tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.

  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

  @tescomobile For any prospective customers. Every aspect of this has been awful. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...
