    Also I was looking for help from @tescomobile as I'm technologically inept and confused. Left feeling even more confused, an even more inept. Since found a way to text it in, but the advisor told me that wasn't an option? Lack of disability or awareness training?

    @tescomobile I would like to alert people to just NOT use tescomobile. My friend has had the most appalling service in the last 10 days and has been without a phone all that time.

    @tescomobile the agent repeatedly gave me the wrong information, then told me I could do it via another service but couldn't tell me which one, how to access it, or what to do. They then denied my request to speak to another team member with more experience

    After 30 MINUTES of a conversation going in circles with absolutely nil (not a little, nil) knowledge of disabled access and I ended the conversation very frustrated and upset. Every other network has provided this service via text or webchat. @tescomobile
