    @tescomobile Yes. The Fos said that Tesco have not been given 8 weeks to respond. This is a lie. This has been an ongoing issue now from my first bill when a third number was added to my account. Pretty sure #fraud or #identitytheft. Now Tesco is sending me defaults, final bills etc

    @tescomobile I am having problems with sending text messages. I have turned off my phone back on again and tried again to send messages and they will not send. Are you having problems with the network

    @tescomobile so I’ve not used an email attached to my account for years. It’s the first time I have ever tried to log in. Why can’t you text a reset password and email also ? I really can’t be arsed to explain my life choices over an email to customer services !

    Funny how @Tesco sell phones using the @tescomobile branding but when you have a problem suddenly the phone isn't related to @tescomobile and yet they still continue to spam you with text messages. Talk about selling under false pretences
