@tescomobile Your customer team have been dealing with this for over a week. Please assign a manager to deal with this issue. Atm unable to give hospital number to contact my husband for ongoing cancer follow up appointments.

@tescomobile old ee number was supposed to have transfered to new tesco mobile phone by 6 yesterday (23rd). 24hrs later, still not happened, phone no longer connected. I use the EE number for work so pretty urgent that it gets sorted. Not the best start for a new customer.

@tescomobile you really need to get signal looked at in WS13 area as it is sooo poor. I had to move over half a mile to even get one bar!

@tescomobile Seriously? The reason that I switched to you was because I didn't want to have to make telephone calls any more. Cable supplied in box without power adapter is one thing. Cable supplied that doesn't work with any power source available anywhere is very different.
