@tescomobile I thought I'd give customer service one more try, all sorted now, was really frustrating though having to try three times, never happened before, usually really good service. M

  • JosephWardTech JosephWard.tech (@JosephWardTech) reported

@tescomobile What makes it more complicated than that, out of interest? Things that are unique about how Tesco works internally I imagine, not things that should impact me as a customer. Very disappointing that the answer is to send 2 iPhones around the country vs. just adjusting a tariff.

  • Jono_Cook Jono (@Jono_Cook) reported

@tescomobile any issues with coverage in the Wa9 area? I’ve had “No Services” all day - tried reboot phone, checked sim etc but nothing. Can you help?

  • drw2803 Dave Watkin (@drw2803) reported

@tescomobile Hi Sean. It just says no sim. If I put an ee sim in it works. If I put the Tesco sim in my iPhone it works so that’s why I messaged geemark: Thank you for your email. Could you please check with them if they support the 2G network ? The CL8500 can only work with this 2g network.

@tescomobile It's been 2 weeks of no service. I can't tell you the amount of important calls I have missed.. you say your engineers are "working on it" its been 2 weeks! I have 5 contracts I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. I'd say I'd call to talk but I can't...

  • Lizlesnianski Lizzie Lesnianski (@Lizlesnianski) reported

@tescomobile I would love to unleash power but right now can’t even upgrade 2 of the 4 sim contracts I have! Mobile app won’t add them, nor will your website. Have tried to call. They were getting it all wrong! Been with Tesco Mob 10yrs+ 1st time so much angst. Help!

  • JWilson__ Jhon (@JWilson__) reported

Okay so switching to @tescomobile has been one of the worst customer experiences of the year for me. Woeful and still not sorted.

  • JMW3643 JOSIE WHITE (@JMW3643) reported

@tescomobile had no coverage all day, took sim card out, now its saying 'no network coverage' help

  • MWilliamsJourno Maria Williams (@MWilliamsJourno) reported

Infuriating afternoon with @tescomobile - trying to charge me £566 for a phone because of their own clerical error. Needless to say, we’re parting ways. What a pity after four years of good customer service. Always check your monthly statements, folks…
