@tescomobile Unfortunately, this doesn't help me if I am missing important calls because the phone only rings for 10 seconds!

  • v_boakes V Newbury (@v_boakes) reported

@tescomobile having been with Tesco mobile for years I am disgusted with your attitude and service today. My daughter will be stranded on a train tonight with no working phone - she shouldn’t have bothered upgrading. She’s been told to walk around London to find a temp sim 😡

  • MimiDigi1 Mimi Digi (@MimiDigi1) reported

@tescomobile shocking customer service, where is my new phone

  • MobileAppDevUK Jamie O'Neill (@MobileAppDevUK) reported

Hi @tescomobile Are there general issues upgrading handsets online? I've been trying for about 40 mins and it keeps timing out at last step.

  • ZestPartnership Zest Accountants Newark (@ZestPartnership) reported

@tescomobile So this is the number we called 49 hours ago, after being passed around various department including Tesco Shopping Deliveries?!?!? We're still waiting for the manager who would be phoning us back 'almost immediately' to call. This doesn't help in the slightest.

  • HomelessVets24 Neil 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@HomelessVets24) reported

  • RyukaiSan RyukaiSan (@RyukaiSan) reported

@tescomobile How am I supposed to update my Card details when the mi-pay system on your website won't send out reset password links? and your 'customer care' ppl people either hang up the call (cus they dont know what to do), or say call back in a few mins to talk to someone else

  • ColinHale21 Colin Jonathan Hale (@ColinHale21) reported

@tescomobile Hi been billed £166 for a contract cancellation that was done by customer care to try and retrieve my ‘lost’ number after a massive mess that took over 3 weeks to resolve - I never even wanted my contract cancelling in the first place and it was your error.

  • Tony_Lew1s Tony Lewis (@Tony_Lew1s) reported from Salford, England

@tescomobile absolutely appalled by your service, I genuinely don’t understand how if you deal with customers in this way, that you are STILL operating

  • RonaldCaudy ronald caudy (@RonaldCaudy) reported from Hillingdon, England

@tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too
