@tescomobile changed to Tesco for the first time and worst experience ever, after over a week now and still can’t receive or make calls and cannot send messages and all I get is sorry for this matter, I am fed up with sorry and just want this matter resolved.

@tescomobile Do you just train your staff to cut calls when they cant deal with peoples enquiries? 22 calls later my issue hasnt even fully been heard. Been trying to resolve since 23/12/2022! If you ask for a manager none are ever available! I will be exercising my rights 2 canx
