@tescomobile Diolch yn Fawr Jade Apparently the engineers are on the case for this blackout but are there any plans to increase coverage in the Rhondda or is it being scaled down ready for 5G? Have o2 been reducing power ouput as the last 12 months the signals become weaker and weaker?🤔🙁

@tescomobile SCAM CUSTOMER SERVICE. Neeti and Charu absolutely useless and waste 30 min of my time. Neither knew anything about Tesco policy and just seemed to say any random thing they could think of. Charu dc’d after providing no information at all. What a joke.

@Chrisitv This is a bad move and won't bring customers benefits. Let's be honest, inflation has been going up in this sector annually because of the imposed price hikes. Only @tescomobile and @zeninternet appear to freeze contract prices in this sector.

@tescomobile why do you offer a 24 month usage contract with a 36month handset contract if you can’t change your usage after 24months? Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

@tescomobile I was reluctant to get another Tesco phone on 0² as I've been without a signal at home on my current one for 3 years. However I was persuaded, and after half a day of trying to set up the brand new phone (and new Sim) I still don't have a signal. I am so frustrated!
