    @tescomobile You took £95 out of my account when you cancelled my sim only contract BY MISTAKE. I’ve raised a complaint, was told it was urgent and I’d get a call back, over a week later and nothing heard from you! This is behind a joke and I’m struggling to pay other bills ???

    @tescomobile still no call back from management team. What does it take to get Tesco to take a complaint seriously? Clearly not trying to contact them via telephone, FB, IG, Twitter, email or via their CEO Tom Denyard

    @tescomobile Since Tesco outsourced their Customer Service to Crapita it's been truly awful. Had to take them to the ombudsman for a resolution. Please avoid folks!
