@tescomobile With 4 contracts. I will be looking to cancel them all and taking my business elsewhere. Plus your customer service team ended my call mid sentence because they couldn’t be bothered

@tescomobile hi, is there issues with the network at the moment? I've found it hard to access mobile data over the last 2 weeks and often dropping to 1 bar of signal

@tescomobile when is your fraud team going to resolve my issue and authorise my refund of over £200 for a phone order that you cancelled without a valid reason. No deadline for contacting me has been met. #christmasiscancelled #alliwantiswhatipaidfor #disappointeddaughther.

@tescomobile I was following Rob’s suggestion to ‘try a manual network selection’ - on my phone ‘manual network selection’ just lists a bunch of other providers. I don’t see a 2G/3G option. (It’s a reasonably new device if that matters.) Options under ‘voice & data’ are 5G on, 5G auto, or 4G.

@tescomobile Oh really??? I bought a “Clubcard” deal iPhone 12 on Black Friday but the sales man made a mistake and didn’t apply my Clubcard so I never got the deal. Fast forward and I’m billed for the full price and after a lot of “I’m sorry’s”, there’s nothing we can do now but cancel

@tescomobile I spent one and a half hours this morning in tesco phone shop then another hour with customer services. Everyone was sorry but useless to help me

@tescomobile Actually, just to clarify on this: I can see on my device how to do a manual network selection, but would texts & calls on another network incur additional charges? (Can't see a way to switch to 2G or 3G only - my options appear limited to 4G as baseline with 5G 'on' or 'auto'.)

@tescomobile Just under 4 hours talking to customer services about PAC number & unlocking. Constantly cut off and not called back by a team who would have trouble spelling the word 'A' So delighted to leave this joke company

@tescomobile Hi, I have recently moved to Tesco mobile and porter my number over. My issue is I now can’t set up my Tesco App as it won’t accept the ported number as it won’t recognise it, and if I use the original number it sends an activation code that I can no longer access?!?
