@tescomobile I wholeheartedly regret moving to Tesco Mobile. Almost 14 days without my telephones being ported over. Getting absolutely nowhere. I'm unable to run my business without my mobile numbers. No help!!! I'm still waiting. I'm furious.

@PhanpyFit @tescomobile My location have broken mast for month now...tesco doing big nothing...for past 2 weeks i can hear that engineer is fixing the problem... connection jumping from full bar to no network, also cant use data at all...

Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

@tescomobile It's insulting that you'd offer me £10 free line rental when my phone numbers haven't been ported over yet. I've waited 2 weeks when you said it'd be 24 hours. Your customer service is disgraceful. I REGRET moving to Tesco mobile.

@tescomobile Done. If you consider how long I’ve been with Tesco Mobile, starting with a monthly rolling payment then moving to a 12month contract, do you honestly think I would have taken on the 12month one if I just had E or no signal? Please report it.

@tescomobile 2/ A local was chatting to the workers working in the mast, said its about time you fixed it. They told him it would never work properly, and they could only patch it up, it needs a new one. The mast has definitely changed a year ago.
