Alison Turner (@charliebarley) reported@tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! - I have purchased new contract, gave them my PAC code, they moved my old number (in my possession for over 7 years). SIM card still not working! My number does not exist! - They have absolutely no clue what went wrong, they charged me for full month of usage (Direct Debit paid today), but now asked me to RETURN device and cancel the contact because something went wrong! I have asked them if this could be done in store, 6 hours later of me sending email, they BLACKLISTED iPhone! - I have sold my old phone, moved all data to new iPhone, now they black listed iPhone, can connect to internet even through WIFI! - My number lost, TESCO asked me to gave them phone back, I have asked if I can do this in store, they BLACKLISTED device today! - STAY AWAY From those cowboys! Absolute joke, call centres in South Africa and we pay UK prices.... STAY AWAY FROM TESCO MOBILE! I AM PAYING YOU FOR DEVICE YOU COWBOYS!!!! GIVE ME MY MOBILE NUMBER BACK!

James Baker (@_JamesBaker92) reported@tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys! What’s wrong with you lot?

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

TF. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@U235_Nuke) reported@tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

Andy 🇬🇧 (@AndyUK_52) reported@LycamobileUK @tescomobile do you support RCS on iPhone

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.
