    @tescomobile Hi, I’ve recently joined Tesco Business Mobile from Vodafone. I’ve now come across a major issue in that it appears that Tesco don’t have the Wifi calling option ( even though O2 offer this ). This causes me major problems as the phone signal is very poor in my home

    @tescomobile absolutely useless! Cant upgrade my phone due to an error with the system. CC couldnt fix and happy for me to cancel the contract. Arent you guys supposed to keep customers and make money?

    @tescomobile You should be apologising to us. You’ve messed up and caused us to loose our phone number transferred from other supplier. Absolutely appalling service!

    Goodbye @O2 been with you over 10 years and you wouldn’t do a thing to help cut my bill. Now moved to @tescomobile who halved my monthly phone tariff. If that’s how O2 treat long term customers you’ll lose a lot of custom

    @tescomobile Or locking in to longer length of one contract with a different contract but pretending that the two periods are exclusive. Please avoid using Tesco Mobile people, they’ll just let you down.
