@tescomobile what an utter joke Regis company is … if you have a problem they willl not call or help you. Stay away and social media time are no help as they can’t call either or put you in touch with someone

😳 In 7 days you’ve promised me 4 times after 3 hrs of webchat/calls, that my issue is sorted @tescomobile. Nope. Tonight now I’m told you’ll escalate a user case & that takes another 3 days…still without phone…and that it’s a global issue? Really?

@tescomobile what an absolute shambles your call centre is apparently a manager can’t call back to resolve an issue … as your staff can’t .held 30 mins and it is useless

@tescomobile I am sick and tired of reaching out to you. The customer service is atrocious. Every single of your collegues i spoke too all said "it's our mistake we will fix it" and none of you did. Turns out when I'll call again the one before didn't fix it and so on then you charged me
