@O2 bizarre that your cancellations make no retention attempts. 15 years on and off with the network and don’t seem fussed about losing customers at all. @tescomobile what’s the quickest way to pick up a sim!?

  • repliestodumdum green (@repliestodumdum) reported

@PrintNameHere @Olbiastravain @tescomobile I was informed that all pre-orders were still going to go through as normal until they get the issue sorted.

@tescomobile Is there a worse network for UK coverage than yours ? At a festival last week, zero mobile reception. Had to rely on the generosity of EE and Vodafone customers to help me access my tickets. More than disappointing.

@tescomobile try to get a new contract out with these is so hard every time you refer me to contact you I do and you say my direct debits fail yes but you want to change them and initially want me to pay for two bills in one month to change my dd date

@tescomobile when is the mobile phone service in Keswick, Cumbria due to be back on? It have been well over a week and 5 Tesco customers in our family have had no access to calls, texts, data, banking etc. Please advise and explain.

@tescomobile I haven’t had any mobile signal for over a week and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed any time soon. Please can you advise re compensation and when the issue will be fixed?

  • SebWrites Sebastian White #StandWithUkraine (@SebWrites) reported

@tescomobile I've been asking for a phone call for... as I said nearly "2 weeks" so why hasn't it happened? It's just been one thing after another Tesco's and a lot of unnecessary problems for people.

  • robertstenner Bob stenner (@robertstenner) reported

@tescomobile I have ordered a SIM Card and the RM Tracking tells me it was delivered to the local sorting office on 13th Sep. It still seems to be there - I can't imagine this is due to any industrial action, and I have spoken to my postman the past 3 days. Help?!
