It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

Kenguin (@Kenguin34) reported@EE how come @tescomobile and @O2 allow European roaming yet the biggest and best(apparently) network charges?? I go to Europe 3-4 times a year and chopping and changing the benefits a month before and after is ridiculous!!
