    @tescomobile Have a legal letter from you regarding unpaid bill, Really bad that no notification of over use of data and you charge awful fees then, Horrible service

    @tescomobile Interesting. When they answered you were they any help? When I ring I get a call centre off option 4 and they say they cannot help cannot put us through to anyone in complaints who can help but will put a note on the system. This is getting a little Kafkaesque.

    @tescomobile I've had no mobile network for 2 weeks & been unable to make or receive calls & texts, although it did come back briefly for a few hours, a few days back. I'm very fed up with this.

    @tescomobile my phone is blocked and i have called in to unblock it 3 times in this week and it was meant to be unblocked and it hasn’t happened. help?

    @tescomobile The phone is a pay monthly. The replacement (insured replacement for phone with broken screen) that has been sent arrived a few days ago but doesn't recognise any sim card on various networks which all work in other phones.

    @tescomobile Awful start to joining.Asked my number to be transferred from old network to new Tesco pay monthly phone.Old phone has lost signal but I can’t call out as my new phone has not updated and says I need to top up!!!Agents won’t help until after 6pm.Without a phone now😢
