    @tescomobile Says no issues. I’ve been in different areas of the county over the past week and it’s been at 3G which is ridiculous. Vodaphone were more expensive but at least I could use my data for things I needed instead of a service I got 10+yrs back.

    @elaynevans @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to sort it. It’s not acceptable please demand compensation or leave they are useless

    @Lll63629830 @tescomobile I have already been to the Ombudsman with them, my whole town is like a black hole and everyone else on Tesco/O2 has the same issue. They keep pawning me off, telling us they'll fix it and just.. don't. So frustrated. My contract isnt up until Jan 2024 😭😭😭

    @tescomobile Thank you for reply. It appears that o2 have let you guys and myself down once again. This is becoming a recurring issue and is quite unacceptable. Where would I register a complaint

    @toastytoastbuns @tescomobile You aren't the only one feeling this way I'm severely disgruntled, looking at changing all my phone contracts, I think my 3 faulty phones is bad, but looks like many loyal customers are also feeling let down
