☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported@tescomobile Update on signal issues. Been out to where I know there’s a good mast. 5g and three bars…4g and full bars. I think we can exclude the sim, the iOS update and the phone. We’re back to the mast which @O2 say is fixed.

Just the same old from @tesco everyday. No further forward. No call back. Worst utilities experience I've ever know. Worst customer relations too.

I have made several visits to the store, countless calls to customer services, not to mention going overdrawn as a result of your mistake. It’s a joke.

It’s now either the software update from @AppleSupport or despite claims on the @O2 website the mast is still no good. O2 aren’t responding, and Apple won’t acknowledge that others have signal problems after the update.
