@tescomobile You use the O2 network so why have you not started allowing your customers to utilise WIFI calling? This is not a new technology and its very disappointing that you do not offer this yet. Please consider this as the mobile signal I have at home is rubbish 2/3

@tescomobile You’ve made me pay a whole year for a phone I don’t even have or use because the handset contract was different to the tariff? When I asked last year for support basically was told to go away & pay it for another year.. disgusting service ..

@tescomobile Never at any time, before or after signing up to a contract, was it made clear that a change would require paying off the phone first, even after the end of the 24 month contract. That is just not acceptable, will leave Tesco as soon as possible.

@tescomobile All the phone companies are ripping off consumers with contracts. DONT get a contract. Buy a phone and a monthly sim which you can cancel anytime.

@tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?

@tescomobile and I would hate to have to leave your network when my contract is up because of this. Come on, do you customers a favour and get this necessary function enabled for us! 3/3

@tescomobile Jade, do you know what an mno or mvno are? You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network

After several fruitless conversations with their customer support team I've emailed @tescomobile with a complaint and am hoping for better things.
