    @tescomobile shocking company 6 weeks ago I ported my number over, I still have no mobile data and can't send text messages. Customer service poor, apparently 4 "escalations" done, still not sorted! Disgusting

    @tescomobile As I stated yesterday, my partner is on O2 and his friend is using GiffGaff. Both not experiencing any problems. I’m new to the city and also 40 miles away from where I used to live, so I don’t know anyone yet. I have to travel to near Four Oaks to be able to get signal.

    @tescomobile ant cancel an account on your website, your agents keep mentioning transfering my account via a PAC code. You've charged me twice in two months to close my account and havent and keep billing me #awfulservice

    @tescomobile Nope. I literally get no data anywhere I go, there’s just my signal and battery up the top. I’ve reset my network settings and wiped my SIM card, still no luck

    @tescomobile Hi, I added extra data onto my daughter’s phone 3 days ago and since then she is unable to use data. I’ve had lots of message conversations giving various solutions but nothing works. She’s away at uni so it’s not easy to sort out. Any help would be appreciated
