@tescomobile Thanks for your advice regarding contacting customer service. Unfortunately you’re advisors didn’t have a clue what I was on about and just said we don’t provide it. Working from home as a business customer is an issue if there are signal problems. 1of 2

  • quintonblues VINNI3 (@quintonblues) reported

@tescomobile My only option is to pay phone off and return to my old provider. Not a great business service.

  • bethxly beth ♡¿ (@bethxly) reported

@tescomobile help ... I’ve sent through for an unlock code for my old phone but I’ve sent it for my old number and can’t work out how to update it ...

  • simgill94 Simran Gill (@simgill94) reported

@tescomobile your signal & network is awful. Been trying to speak to customer service for 3 months, appalling service. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and determined to NOT listen to you. The @Trustpilot reviews say it all. @EUombudsman - can you help please?

  • jmacauley1 MrMac (@jmacauley1) reported

Goodbye @O2 been with you over 10 years and you wouldn’t do a thing to help cut my bill. Now moved to @tescomobile who halved my monthly phone tariff. If that’s how O2 treat long term customers you’ll lose a lot of custom

  • jmacauley1 MrMac (@jmacauley1) reported

@Gizmo191 @O2 @tescomobile Absolutely zero interest in assisting. Found o2 so rude

  • LapovOnor Tony Cannon (@LapovOnor) reported

@tescomobile Callum, I would suggest you read the thread and try again. Also, given many other organisations can quote for a repair even through Google I am sure you can quote. Or are you trying to avoid writing down the rather excessive figure we have already been given?

  • IamMrDJK Kaine Innes (MrDJK) (@IamMrDJK) reported

@tescomobile Cant comment on Tesco’s mobile service, but I always assumed RPI increases were an acceptable thing, been with @O2 for 15+ years now after moving from Orange never looked back, and no real price increases other than RPI but this is mentioned from the offset so to me acceptable.

  • CaolanMahon 𝙲𝚊𝚘𝚕𝚊𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚑𝚘𝚗 (@CaolanMahon) reported

Marketing vs Reality .@Tescomobile: we’re the network that won’t increase your charges Also @tescomobile: we will charge you for a month’s service even if our network is down for the entire month... it’s in our TCs after all

  • gates_laraine Laraine Gates (@gates_laraine) reported

@jmacauley1 @O2 @tescomobile Tesco use O2 network so win, win
