@tescomobile You might not provide 5G in my area, but I actually have working signal. 10 years I’ve been on Three, they give you 5G, but in 10 years the signal has not once gotten any stronger. I think the sacrifice is more than justified.

@mummyveronica80 @VodafoneUK I did 2weeks ago! £15 for 5gb. Such a rip off! Got great service from @tescomobile £11 for 30gb. Vodafone no one wants your pathetic Very me gimmicks, they want great service on their contracts and value for money prices. Serve your customers not your shareholders!

@tescomobile @WhichUK One of the reasons that I planned to change was because of this accolade however my experience has been a poor one. The website was so difficult to navigate that I could not actually make a purchase . I found the online chat support unhelpful.

@tescomobile been with you for about two weeks and I still can’t hold a 4G/5G signal can’t get any data at all. I have to keep resetting my phone to use it. I can only get calls and messages on WI-FI. Only WhatsApp ones I can’t get text or iMessages as it won’t get mobile data.

@tescomobile upgrading to a new phone with you guys has been a joke. my sim card got deactivated when my new phone arrived, you guys sent a replacement sim that still doesn’t work, i’ve phoned unhelpful customer service about 20 times. i don’t even have a working phone

@tescomobile Just tried to speak to Sam in Customer Service about an issue that's been going on since 18th February, clearly didn't want to listen to the tale as the call was still running but no acknowledgement from the other end...RUDE!!!!

@vaelfonia I’m going to see what O2’s network is like here. If it’s better for data than. I’ll terminate the contract with Visa (Tescomobile) and opt for Talkmobile instead.
