Just left @tescomobile after 13 years, no point in staying if there is no USP. Off to a cheap virtual operator and reducing my monthly bill by 67% Would have been happy to stay but the pants level of customer service (abroad) made my mind up for me

So I had to call again and now I have a legend actually escalating the issue with the @tescomobile fraud team. It was bad enough having my identity stolen but it's now taken 3 months for Tesco to rectify it which prevents me from applying for any other credit.

@tescomobile I’ve requested to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come the phone. How am I supposed to complain about the staff not doing their jobs properly? I’ve been trying to sort out this issue for an entire week!

@andrewgerson4 @tescomobile I've been assured that a "manager" will look into it and resolve my issue. Supposedly taking up to 3 working days! Really? 3 days to adjust a bill and email it. Its no wonder companies need to charge admin fees, 3 days for a 1 minute alteration.... Its ridiculous and laughable.

@APhillips1962 @tescomobile There a joke!! how is £10 off our bill going to resolve signal? haha they are the worst network and customer service going! ive emailed the CEO but getting responses back from their 'advisor' instead - they cant face the issue themselves!
