I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile if you are going to run call centers and online CS please make sure they have the info needed to help .Today I spoke to someone online who wasn't interested & told me to come back later, then by phone 1st lovely lady tried to help transferred me but cut me off

  @tescomobile Hi, help please! My mum recently moved from Vodafone to Tesco Mobile and there seems to be a stuck port type issue. Numbers from Vodafone can’t call her. She can phone them but incoming calls are blocked. Can you help?

  @tescomobile Hi, i did and she was so unhelpful. Apparently a manager was going to call me back in 30 mins but I'm still waiting. She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!
